The property needs upgrading. For example the kitchen cabinets have doors falling off, one bedroom window handle was broken off so we were unable to shut the window

Great location, enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable!
Someone called on our door telephone at 1:30a.am that woke us up.Maybe if the telephone sound wasn't as loud that would have been better. The oven was a bit hard to use.

The beds were reasonably comfortable, location was good for the old town, around 15 minutes walk to the main town centre, grocery shops within 2 minutes walk.
Th entrance to the property is disgusting with rubbish and alcohol empty's just inside the main door, the glass panel to the side of the door is badly broken.
The parking bay is very small, no good for a 4x4 or van.
When entering the property the floor tiles are loose and cracked.
The hall way main bathroom was ok, however shower head pressure is very poor.
The kitchen floor tiles are almost all broken with cracks and missing pieces of tiles, it was that bad and dangerous i made my children wear there shoes in the property for the whole stay.
Like other have said, the kitchen accessories / tools are very mix match, the cooking facilities are poor.
The kitchen cupboards have warped and no longer look like they do in the photos.
The living are wood floor moves underfoot, it seems as though there may have been a leak or something similar in the kitchen as the complete floor in the kitchen and adjoining living room is in poor condition.
The master bedroom shower need a complete new hose and possibly shower head, as soon as you raise the shower head to place it on the pole, the split within the pipe opens up so much that no water reaches the shower head making it completely useless.
One of the windows in the master bedroom doesn't open.
In complete honesty, this property requires a lot of maintenance work and should not be rented until the works are complete, the property is now in a state that its dangerous for young kids.
When i reported the issues, i was sent a message stating that the defect will be looked at after we leave the property, i wonder how many other people have had the same message and nothing has been done.
This property should not be rented until its safe for people to use, you shouldn't have to worry about cutting your feet on sharp broken floor tiles.

Good value for money
Up the many stairs. Not good with kids or luggage.
On top of the club, so quite noisy on weekends

Good stay

Location is good and you don’t need to worry about collecting keys as it’s all codes.
The beds were comfy and very clean! Unfortunately, there was no toilet rolls and it could do with a little bit of repair in places but it doesn’t impact the stay.
The kettle seemed to turn the water cloudy and there were a few holes in the wall that have been filled but not repainted. Oh and there was no toilet paper on arrival.

Apartment bigger than expected, everything that we needed was supplied and bedding and towels looked brand new
It was a bit cold in the day but as soon as we got in touch with the property they were very responsive and sorted the heating for us straight away

The hosts were responsive via WhatsApp. They addressed the central heating problem for us. The apartment is large.
The entrance door had shattered glass. The lobby and staircase were dirty with stained carpets. The apartment is large but sparsely decorated. The television in the lounge would not connect to any stations and was displaying a language I couldn’t understand after a frustrating hour or more I requested the hosts to rectify this. They did not so I resorted to watching tv on my iPad. The blinds were broken and won’t close.
The kitchen cabinet doors under the sink area were cracked and swollen with peeling coating. The cups were stained. There was only one teaspoon. Crockery was mismatched - it felt like it had been pieced together from several different sets. Only 1 wine glass and two other glasses. The freezer needed defrosting badly. Broken floor tiles.
Bedrooms - in the larger bedroom there were no bedside lamps.
En-suite bathroom shower cabinet doors extremely difficult to open. Water from the shower trickled and was warm only.
Master bathroom - cracked broken tiles on the floor which felt dangerous. No toilet roll holder so rolls were balanced on the cistern. The over bath shower barely worked and was not usable. Luke warm water. Bath tub was fine.
Free parking was available but very poorly lit area at the rear.
The apartment was cold and the heating could not be adjusted however the hosts did respond to my request to turn up the thermostat.
All in all this felt like a very low budget accommodation and reminded me of student accommodation.
