Das Hotel hat nicht zu einem schönen Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Es war sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden freundlich.

Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster. Dieses öffnete sich allerdings in einen dunklen Schacht. Davor war ein Insektengitter. Das Zimmer war also sehr dunkel, eher eine Höhle als ein Hotelzimmer. Dazu machte eine spezielle Abzugart einen grossen Lärm! An der Reception wurde dieser Abzug abgestellt. Vielleicht wird es dann im Sommer einfach mega heiss…?

Foi bom. Esperava um espaço de café da manhã melhor, se tratando da rede Best Western.

A minha consideração é quanto o café da manhã. Um pouco bagunçado. Os funcionários são educados mas precisam melhorar quanto a apresentação do espaço do café, achei descuidado.

Complessivamente bene

Colazione assolutamente ottima in termini di rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione fantastica per muoversi dappertutto a piedi. Personale molto disponibile e cortese.

Temperatura troppo alta in camera, non abbiamo dormito bene (riscaldamentospento alle 19). La finestra aperta di notte non si può tenere ( per cercare di abbassare la temperatura) per il rumore. Aria secca ( fan coil è così... c'è chi ne è un sostenitore e chi no... io no). Peccato

Personale gentile accogliente e professionale, buona la colazione, ottima la posizione, non so dire del parcheggio perché noi eravamo in treno, molto buona la pulizia in generale (tranne quel piccolo inconveniente segnalato). Adatto anche per bambini. Noi eravamo con il nostro nipotino di 5 anni. Letti molto comodi sia il matrimoniale sia il singolo. Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel.

Ho trovato mozzicone di sigaretta sul poggiolo. In camera non c'era odore di fumo.

Ich musste das Hotel wechseln, weil das Zimmer 701 unbewohnbar war

Ich musste das Hotel wechseln, da das Zimmer welches mir gegeben wurde nicht bewohnbar war. Es war beim ersten Eintreten sehr stickig, muffig und roch bereits etwas nach Abluft von einer Restaurantküche. Ich habe das Fenster geöffnet, was den Geruch nur noch verstärkt hat. Auch die Klima war keine Hilfe, weil diese die Außenluft nach innen getragen hat. Ich musste letztendlich die Zimmer Tür öffnen um etwas „frische Luft“ aus dem Flur zu bekommen. Es handelt sich um Zimmer 701. Durch den Mangel an frischer Luft und Sauerstoff ist dieses nicht bewohnbar gewesen. Ich habe das Hotel verlassen und mir ein anderes buchen müssen. Ich warte gerade auf die Rückerstattung.

Infelizmente não gostei devido a falta de manutenção na parte elétrica, fomos prejudicados em nossa estadia.

Limpeza, café da manhã e localização.

Chegamos no hotel demorou muito para acomodação, devido um problema de energia elétrica no hotel, água gelada, energia caiu toda hora, foi péssimo.

Posizione ottima, davanti all'acquario e vicinissima al centro. Colazione abbondante e molto varia, sia dolce che salato a un costo contenutissimo. Disponibilità a deposito bagagli anche dopo il check out

nulla da segnalare. Magari sarebbe da ipotizzare una convenzione con qualche ristorante visto che il servizio non è presente in hotel

Piacevole soggiorno nel cuore del porto antico

Posizione ottima soprattutto per raggiungere le attrazioni per bambini. Camera molto spaziosa per famiglia di 4 persone e silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza al porto.

Colazione mediocre come qualità e varietà. Inoltre nonostante vengano effettuati 3 turni (ogni ora dalle 7 alle 10) la sala colazione é ridotta per il numero di ospiti presenti e una mattina abbiamo dovuto attendere per un tavolino libero.

the location is perfect, the breakaways very good.

the A/C was fixed at nothing below 23 celsius because of the “winter”; it was 10/31 and I was with just a T-shirt outside… the elevator is very small. The room is Basic with capital B; don’t expect a cozy room…

We had a great time in Genoa but we stayed out of the hotel as much as possible.

It was near the centre of town. Easy to walk to restaurants.

Room was small and very basic. The bathroom was tiny and very basic. The room was dark as the window looked over and alley. The reception area has no ambience or comfortable seating. It felt like a budget hotel.

If you stayed at Best Western, you'd know what to expect. In the center of the old town, next to Porto Antico and Genoa Acquarium. Good location, quality breakfast.

Sound isolation could have been better, but this is minor.

for some days of basic stay, it is enough

the staff was sometimes nice but it's a best western hotel so cannot expect great service. the fitness room was small but had all the basic things you would need! it is close to the aquarium, i went there on a rainy day! good location: close to the Metro and the train station if you plan a day trip to Nervi or the sea. Close to the city center, walk a bit then you will arrive the main street where there are so many nice pasta restaurants.

room was noisy, facing the back alley with other buildings, so the room smelled like restaurants all the time. The overall area itself is safe but the main street of Porto Antico is sketchy, there are a lot of weird people and gave me bad vibes especially I am a girl alone. Nothing bad happened just a lot of people could make you feel uncomfortable if you are a solo girl traveler.
