Quando da escolha de hotel escolhi este hotel porque tinha o pequeno almoço incluido e afinal quando fui para ir tomar o pequeno almoço, fui informado de que não tinnha direito porque não estava incluido.

O quarto não tinha senha de internet não pude usar.

Pour une nuit c'est suffisant, confort limité

Personnel et accueil sympa et agréable, chambre spacieuse, mais étrangement vide, un lit, une chaise, un petit bureau, mobilier et salle de bains vétuste. chambre au calme garage en sous sol,

le manque de prestation et de chaleur dans la chambre, la clim est ancienne

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff

The only fault was the shower area, the grouting could do with a good clean but this was the only fault.

good value for budget traveller

the location is good and it has a balcony so that I can have some fresh air.

the bathroom seems very old and I didn’t like the bathtub. I prefer and shower room with a better shower utility.

Tidy, budget style hotel in a good location

Tidy hotel. Staff was friendly. Old town is near.

This walls. Easy to hear noise made by other guests. Guidance on arrival by car and how to enter the garage was not clear.

not a lot!

I booked this hotel thinking it was 4 star as stated buy Booking . com but it was far from it except the amount I was charged for a very basic room

Friendly staff.

Stains on the walls, broken glass shelf, no plug for the bathtub, swollen damaged furniture, "do it yourself" fridge - you have to move the desk to plug in the fridge. Dust in many places.

Good Location, offers parking! Good value for the money.

Hotel is easy to reach by car in Coimbra. Staff was very helpful. Hotel has parking on premisses, so it was very easy to check in and be ready to discover the city.

At first our rooms were a little bit far away (we have 3 kids and asked to have 2 rooms nearby). As I was parking the car, my wife requested a room closer to each other and they offered us a new one... It was a room that was not so new, but it was ok. Or, at least so we thought. Later that night when trying to turn the heat on, we discovered that it wouldn't turn on on both rooms... After talking to reception desk they reset the system and solved one room's problem. The other was a no go. So, we had to change to another room again in order to have a working AC... fortunately it ended up working alright!

Okay stay, good for one night

Very affordable hotel that is walking distance from everywhere. Friendly and accommodating staff that provided us with a new room when the first one was unsatisfactory. Good for a one night stay.

The first room we had smelled horribly of cigarettes. Luckily we were given a new room. The rooms are basic but a bit run down. The hotel is more of a three stars rather than four.

Hotel molto carino

The style of the hotel is very very nice and also the staff which helped me finding a solution for the airport by night. The position is good, at the river level, this is important when you carry a bag by walking because Coimbra is a city on the stairs! The room is nice, very big with a comfortable bed. If you come from Lisbon and you have a flight early in the morning (even at 9.30) you have to take the Coimbra door to door shuttle, it's a bit expensive but it comes to pick you up wherever you want and with 2 hours you reach the airport, otherwise there is a train at 3 am, the next at 6 am and so on, so organize your trip to Coimbra in advance.

The first day for a technical problem there was no hot water until 7 pm and it wasn't notified by message. There is a double window, you can open only the first glass but not the second, so you can't change air. Unfortunately you can hear everything from the other rooms, beside and upstairs (the last night maybe I had kids upstairs), voices and noise (if the people are noisy, but the first 2 days there was nobody around). The area seems safe even if to reach the center by feet there are some alleys with strange people around, but not close to the hotel. The room was clean but not cleaned very well in the following days (the toilet especially).

Erasmus group from Türkiye ( 9 persons)

Location is great. It is in the city centre. Beds are big and comfortable. The housekeeping staffs tidy the rooms everyday and change sheets. All the staffs are nice and helpful.

Breakfast is poor. No eggs, no tomatoes, no cucumbers and no olives.
