Lo consiglio. Hotel molto carino e soprattutto molto pulito e personale fantastico

Hotel molto pulito, camera tripla spaziosa, personale fantastico,ottima cena.

A parer mio per il prezzo pagato, la colazione inclusa ci stava e invece non lo è’. Non molto vicino al centro..20 minuti buoni di camminata veloce per arrivare al Galway shopping centre e altri 15 per il centro (Eye Square).

Ein tolles Hotel, nah am Zentrum von Galway! Parkplätze vorhanden, sauber! Preislich unschlagbar! Fön vorhanden im Zimmer!! Nettes Cafe zum Frühstücken, super Lage! Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Atmosphäre!

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und unseren Erwartungen genügend.

Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, daß die Lage doch so nah an unseren Ausflugszielen war. Außerdem war die Anbing zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und das Zimmer war super sauber.

Die Wände waren sehr dünn. Cerade wenn man ins Bad gegangen ist, haben das meistens alle im Zimmer mitbekommen. Zusätzlich gab es im Bad keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Man musste immer über das Zimmer die feuchte Luft abziehen lassen. Und unsere Nachbarn waren ab und zu sehr laut. Man hat es abends immer wider poltern gehört, wie als würden sie Möbel verrücken.

Excellent place

We loved the fact that they were so welcoming to our little dog and they were very friendly staff.

Honestly nothing everything was perfect. If I was to be really picky it was a little bit of a walk to the city bit that's us being lazy not the hotels fault 😂

Really great experience for our first time bringing our dog to a hotel and we will definitely be back.

Very clean and helpful staff. We came with our dog and felt very greeted by all staff from manager to house keeping to night porters who all were very friendly to him. We also were there for a business conference and needed to split the billing and the manager was super helpful to sort out.

Decent stay at good location

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and good location. Breakfast was decent

Arrived past check-in time at 3pm and room was not ready, it was a bit disappointing after a long journey to have to wait for the room for over 30 mins. Rooms need to be ready at check-in times when hotels don’t allow the same flexibility for delayed check out without notice.

It's on a main road and there was a lot of traffic but our rooms were good. At night, we felt the room was hot and would have preferred it to be cooler

Clean, friendly, and great location. Staff were able to tell us how to get to a nearby park for a run 🏃‍♂️ . Room had great lighting and lots of outlets.

The breakfast buffet at €11 was a huge disappointment. Got there within half hour after start and the only food remaining was cold cereal and low fat yogurt. Nothing hot.

room good. location, depends how much you like walking, but it's not too far out of town, but 15 min walk or so, might go against some folk. breakfast - we paid for ours, ok.

can't think of anything that stood out as significant enough to say anything explicitly bad. slightly more expensive than similar hotel in Dublin at similar time, but supply and demand sure.

I had a room which was right next to the car park and there were people chatting loudly in the car park until 3 am !!! kept me awake .

Great hotel and will definitely stay there again when returning to Galway

Room was spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect for city access.

No air conditioning in the room. My son has asthma and the room felt stuffy

Ideal location for town especially with the dog and on site parking! Would stay again!

Modern and clean facilities! Comfy beds and helpful staff. Great to be able to take the dog into a hotel and easy walk into town!

Everything as expected for a well kept travel lodge!

We were really made wellcome by the manager. He also had a good sense of humour and was very helpful when planning our road trips each day.

The breakfasts were expensive and there was no option to just pay for a light breakfast. It was 12 euro for a full english or a piece of toast.

it was good for the price.

They told us they had just recently reopened the hotel. there was no remote for our TV and we weee not able to turn it on, by using the controls on the TV. we had to have a staff member come to the room and turn it on. we were not able to change the channel. overall the staff was friendly, but not very attentive.

Great stay

Good location within walking distance of Eyre Square and The Latin Quarter. Room was spotless with good facilities. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Spotlessly clean and modern. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Lots of parking. Ideal location...only 15 minutes walk to centre.

Apparently the hotel had just reopened the day before. So the bar and restaurant were not open for food or drinks during the day. I am sure this will improve.
