Beautiful location, good breakfast, Lovely staff, perfect for hiking or driving to the nearby beaches
Mattress could be changed or have a topper put on it to make it more comfortable but room was good.

There are two toilets. If you close the divided door, master room has its own bathroom and the other two rooms also have their own bathroom. Both of you have your own privacy. The layout is very good for two families staying together in the same apartment.
Some hardware need to be repaired.

Very cosy and nice hotel in a cute village. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was great.
The location is a bit hard to reach if you don't have a car. If you do, it's a great location, in case you want to visit cinque terre

Locality, cleanliness, historical neighborhood, beautiful views from the room, friendly and helpful staff. We stopped by in this hotel accidentally, and we were stunned! It is removed, but cosy and special place with strategical position near 5 terre
No negatives. The rooms were very cosy and clean, what is not so common in Italy

We stayed in an apartment rather than the hotel itself. This was in one of the old village houses a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel, along pathways then up stairs, but fortunately we did not have a lot of luggage to transport. The apartment was a good size, probably as big as my own home, and was nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we could not work out how to switch the fridge on. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower cubicle. Views were over the countryside and it was very quiet. Breakfast in the hotel was sufficient. The hotel's own restaurant was not open in the evening. Some of the power sockets were the old style, which are not compatible with European plugs but we were able to find enough for our needs.

The breakfast was good. The location is close to a hiking route to Vernazzo.
The church across the street! The bed was not comfortable and the staff checked in with us when we left. Also we asked something to eat, she could prepare us a plate with cheese and ham and we ended up paying 24€ for that.
We wanted more information about the hiking route and the staff wasn't really able to give us that.

The breakfast in the garden.

Economic for 5 person family.
The pizzaria has been permanently closed down. There was this continuous buzzing noise in our room. The lady offered to make some food but had no healthy options. There were many flies buzzing around in the kitchen. Breakfast only open from 8.30, we wanted to leave early so we skipped it.

Nice staff, good breakfast
A bit old, would neeed some oil on the door for instance but it was very alright !
A bit far from cinque terre (25 min from La Spezia, if you take the train after)

Its a nice, quiet place to stay. The staff is very kind, they show you happily around the place and even make reservations in restaurants nearby. Its very much worth a stay. There is free parking and they‘ve got a good bar with a nice garden. Thanks a lot!
Not a fault of the Hotel by any means, but the church is just located on the other side of the road. So if you are into churchbells or just dont want to set an alarm in the morning you will be woke up by the charming bells.

Very silent place...
Very helpfull staff!
Shuttlebus from the hotel. It’s very expensive to park in Monterosso.
Absolutely nothing to do in this city...
So you should plan your day...

Great little family hotel, perfect location if you want to visit 5 terre. Away from the crowd and still very easy to reach with a simple 25 mins drive

Super clean, staff super friendly and helpful.
No AC nor fan. In 30 degree weather at nighttime you need either one. Also the hotel is located right across a church which bells toll in 15 min intervals! The hotel has a restaurant which is the town’s meeting point that means it was rather loud good into 1 am.
