Comfortable, safe, and great location

Great location, secure facilities including off-street parking, and very friendly staff. The bed was quite comfortable and I loved the treat of having a bathtub - a rarity in Costa Rica! Very positive experience; would stay again.

If you are a person who likes a lot of natural light, this is not the place for you - the windows are limited and in many units, only go into an internal hallway rather than outside. This did not bother me, and there was plenty of indoor lighting to meet my needs.

Home away from home.

Friendly professional staff. Quiet, private,kitchen facilities, hot water in shower and bathroom, . Otherwise excellent.

Hand towels and face towels for bathroom needed, as well, kitchen cloth towels for drying dishes. Lacked hot water in kitchen and microwave bowls.

This is a quiet facility with a lot of space in the apartments and decent value for cost.

The location is excellent, the property is relatively quiet. The kitchen presence is quite nice and the apartments are a decent size. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Having an electric vehicle it is WONDERFUL that we are able to charge our vehicle, a big benefit.

There is off street parking which feels safe and secure, however it is difficult to access and exit as the gate does not always open. At the least, there should be a sign posted with the phone number for customers to call for asístanse instead of waiting at the gate for an eternity or giving up and returning to the front entrance of the aparthotel. There is hot water, but the shower is only a trickle, which makes the showering experience less than desirable.

It is a quiet, very clean apartotel; you can also do your laundry here.

Each room has its own kitchen.

Great safe place and location with ample area in the rooms. We will rent there again.

The process to get the gate to open and close to get cars inside and out of the parking area was cumbersome

I would chose a different apartment next time

The price wasn’t bad, the staff was so kind, private gated parking, close to shopping center and food.

I personally did not like the room that we picked if staying again we’d try a different apartment with outdoor entrances. This apartment had no windows, right next to lobby, and the sewage from the bathroom was unpleasant.

stop cleaning the hallway in middle of the night please, when people sleep.

The room was clean. The parking place next to the rooms.

They start cleaning the hallway at 1.30am and again at 6am. As the bedroom is next to the hallway, we woke up many times. So that was really not good.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay in a residential neighborhood.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment; the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had good pressure with hot water. It also had a kitchen with all the basic necessities , with a dining table and two chairs. The living room had one sofa bed and a desk. All the installations were very clean. Check in and check out was fast.

Comfortable and convenient for San Jose.

Excellent position, quiet location but easily within walking distance of restaurants, supermarket, and Multiplaza. Property was clean and comfortable.

There was a WiFi router fixed next to the door of our apartment. Our sons room was right next to the router. It is not healthy to sleep in such close proximity to these devices.

Pleasant

It was really great to have two bedrooms. The apartment was nice, clean and modern.

The WiFi was awful so much so that it was impossible to work and I ended up very embarrassed when the WiFi failed during a webinar I was giving. If you have to work and need strong WiFi, don’t stay here.

Superb

A lot of space: Kitchen, bedroom, a hot shower. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There is gated parking on the premises. It’s a short walk to Distrito 4 with its restaurants , bookstore, shops and Starbucks.

The tiles are a bit funky but everything is nice and clean. It’s tricky to get to even with Waze.
