Good location for train and Changi Airport

Location to the train station and airport. The hotel is on a business park so not a holiday destination. But served the purposes adequately.

We were there for 1 night yet housekeeping knocked on the door (actually tried to enter the room) to clean it. AT 07.45 IN THE MORNING. Our checkout was at 11. No idea what that was all about.

Spacious room

So close to the airport. Reasonable price compare to hotels at/by Changi airport. Spacious room, so clean and comfortable. I will 100% to stay again next time. Highly recommend.

Ok for a short night

Close to the airport - +/- 15 min

- Bathroom quite small - there were only 2 beds for sunbathing on the topfloor. They were also broken and really hard to lay on. Also the pool is so tiny.

Perfectly fine n cist reasonable by Singapore standards

Was staying here after a disastrous trip from Manchester to Singapore with Luthansa who truly ruined our trip n every way they could so stay in Hotel in Singapore had not been planned. Luthansa had lost my luggage n had very little in way of clothes. So hotel acceptable but coloured by experience getting there

We were given a complimentary early check in, which was very welcome after an overnight flight. Very comfortable. Couldn't have been better.

Convenient for airport. Adequate gym. Spacious room, I had a suite. Washing machine handy for travelers

The remote in tv had dead batteries, or the tv didn’t work . The gym didn’t have any sanitizing wipes to wipe equipment after use

Sweet short stay

We were in transit via Singapore and booked this place. The location is amazing. There’s a supermarket around and shopping area which is a great standby while waiting for the next flight. The place is very clean cozy and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional Hotel - Staff are amazing! Thank you!

The hotel was exceptional with a huge credit to the lovely staff, I informed them it was my birthday and they assisted with arranging a reservation at a restaurant - which they didn't have to do, but they went above and beyond. The room was superb, the bed was comfy, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay again when I return to Singapore. Thank you for having me, it was so appreciated!

Everything. Excelent if you have an overnight stay in Singapore, one MRT station from the airport.

Only thing is the noise from the train SMRT nearby so a room opposite the train station is a good choice. But if you have an early flight it's fine, train will wake you up at 0550.

conveniently close to the changi and good value for money

The location is really close to Changi airport so good for an overnight stay before a flight. It is also next door to a big mall.shopping centre so able to buy clothes and a range of food.

very good ! would stay again

it was clean and tidy. they kept me in a higher grade room although my 2nd n 3rd night were on a lower grade of room booking. they were friendly and helpful. ordered taxis efficiently.

Great place to stay if you arrive late or leave early from airport

Nice pool on roof and gym. Very comfortable room. Good location for the airport but far from downtown.

Some of the personel weren’t very friendly. Shower leaked onto the floor.

Good stay!

The size of the room is good for a solo traveler. The location of the hotel is near Changi City Point mall just a short walk from the hotel to the mall. Customer service is fast and friendly. Overall is good.

Having a few more lighting in the room is good to make the room brighter. More Television channels for guests to choose from besides the normal channels. The bathroom is clean but having a bidet in every toilet would be better.

Good location, good room, loved the lazy chair

Had to leave suddenly as hotel got converted to a quarantine facility and we got a notice to leave. No alternate arrangements made, nothing..
