Pleasant accommodation in relaxed setting.

Clean rooms in comfortable & relaxing settings.

In the middle of nowhere, & never see any staff, but no problem if you have a car.

Beautiful place

Love the grounds, the barns the beds very comfortable. Room was very clean and well decorated. Shared kitchen had everything that was needed very quiet area and accommodation, which was nice

The gravel in the carpark was not great for wheelchair users or people unsteady on their feet, front door and fire doors to guest house and rooms were very heavy. If I had travelled on my own I wouldn't have managed. Inside the rooms the space between the bed and wall was too narrow so couldn't get to fridge or windows. Bathroom was spacious and accessible apart from wasn't able to use shower due to no shower chair or seat. Would have been nice to see the host more. We would definitely return though

Great place for the price !!

The hot tub was an added bonus , quite private and set outside which added to the ambience .... The facilities in the communiual kitchen were great

The mattress was not the comfiest , but given the price for a 2 night stay , I think I can let tjat slide

Beautiful location, good value for money as accommodation is fairly basic

Check in super fast and easy, room was fine, as expected. Beds comfy and room spacious

The clothes rail was very wobbly! And the walls are very thin so we heard every word of the conversation in the room next door!

Perfect for a local family gathering.

Everything was fine. We're repeat customers!

We got 2 emails, 1 about the road closure well after we'd arrived. Had found out using Google maps. Also late check out offer only arrived at 9.30. Maybe there's a delay in your email account.

Such a shame, we are visiting my mother up that way regularly as she’s now in a care home, they’ve missed out on regular

Lovely location, clean, fresh & tastefully decorated room. Beautiful gardens in a pretty rural setting.

Had a couple having a loud argument for hours in the apartment above us. It went on for so long that my sister & I couldn’t stand it any longer (11.45pm) I had to go & seek out where their door was & knock on it & speak to them. Apparently they live there! They weren’t very quiet later on either, very selfish.

Nice to find a location, which was happy to take pets, and was wheelchair friendly.

Good location for trip to the broads. They sent additional info about road closures on the day. Parking space good

Only on bedside light, with the twin beds. Green fire exit light, illuminated bedroom, very bright.

Great place to stay, easy to find and location great for getting main routes to anywhere.

Lovely big accommodation, plenty of room for everyone . Loved we could take the dog

Only a little thing, that one of the fridges smelt like sour milk.

The Hot Tub is shared amongst all rooms, and is very poorly maintained. Water condition is a hazard to health The shared kitchen could be an issue if all 5 rooms were separate parties.

A really pleasant couple of days spent here. Wish we’d booked for longer. Would definitely visit again.

Great facilities, found the fridge in the room really useful. Enjoyed the hot tub. Also made use of the communal kitchen.

A great place to stay for a family wedding, a couple of tweaks would make it perfect.

Location excellent, large spacious rooms with plenty of seating. Outside area good.

More cups, bowls would have been helpful. Shower Gel? Would have been nice to be able to sit out on a Sunday morning to enjoy a quiet cuppa, without the constant noise of strimming very close by. Was it necessary to do it then? Also when we called the staff to help with an issue with Hot tub, they gave us suggestions to sort it ourselves, rather than coming out to help.

great location off main road and in a quiet rural area, easy to find and break a long journey

Location was ideal, but would not use again.

Good location, quiet and relaxed. Outside garden area well maintained.

Clean but needed some maintenance and “refreshing”. Ok but not quite what we expected, bathroom extractor not working, with no window, no extraction at all on kitchen, window latches broken.

We enjoyed our time in Norfolk ….we came to visit this lovely area not for the accommodation.

Good parking spaces. Room clean ,nice shower and toiletries .

Needs new fan as it rattled all night. Mattress on bed needs replacing as very squeaky . Hole in net curtain . No greeting of any kind throughout the stay.

Very pleasant development

Great location, very quiet considering its easy access to the main road. Well equipped kitchen - lovely to have washing up liquid and a tea towel.

The beds were really bad, the sofas in the living area were unsuitable for older people and the showers were underwhelming. My husband wrenched his back going out of the french windows as the step was so deep. All these could be easily remedied and it would make an easy stay for people with mobility problems as it's all on one level

It was ideal accommodation for what I needed.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was no sign of any staff but that suited me as the handover was being told , by phone what number my room was. The key was left in the door.

I think the instructions about the key handover could have been made more explicit. I was attending a wedding and it was only when I phoned them I understood that there was no reception. So I could leave the wedding when ever suited me.

Lovely self-catering accommodation.

Peaceful location. Ease of check-in/check-out. Nice, spacious ac comodation with all requirements for self-catering. Good cleaniness with bedding, towels and some toiletries provided. Very thoughtful. Very reasonably priced.

Was newly refurbished few year ago so rooms were modern

Beds are really bad for a purpose self-catering beds need renewed and cleaning needs to be at higher standard as had dog hair on the bed covers and corners need attention .

Exceptional

Nice place staff where very helpful, I'm a solo traveler and my dog comes with me. Very accommodating when as I extended my trip lots of walk around and nice pubs to pop in that are welcoming to dogs. I went in December to see the seal pups along the coast line. Would recommend the accommodation, they have open kitchen allowing you to meet new people and cater for yourself. Really enjoy my trip :) thank you so much

Disappointing

The location was perfect

We had no heating or hot water for 2 days. When I sent a message I was told it was the heat pump but when it is minus 4 a failing heat pump is not good enough.
