Very enjoyable stay and plan to visit again

Excellent.

Location. Staff were very good and very helpful, food was excellent. We had one off the motel type rooms at the rear, very quiet, large room with all mod cons, large bathroom with bath and separate large shower.

Exceptional

Really friendly staff, lovely food and plenty of it. NIce clean, tidy and decent size rooms that were cleaned every day and replenished with tea, coffee water and biscuits. Parking was good. Dog friendly too. Also has nice gardens to sit and have drinks or food in with ample seating.

Very pleasant, plenty of places to visit and countryside is lovely

Everything was good / staff excellent and willing to make adjustments if necessary like swapping beans for an extra tomato and making sure we had a roast available in the evening etc . Room was nice traffic quite busy until later in evenings but all in all excellent

There’s not really anything that could possibly be changed : the only thing I would say is when trying to pull out of car park and turning right it’s not easy to see what’s coming so you have to be nifty

Overall it was great

Our stay was lovely, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Very Happy

Our bathroom was huge and very well thought out etc, just one little thing the shower unit had quit a bit of mould in it and the shower door at the bottom needed de moulding and descaling, Apart from that it was a beautiful area to get clean in.

Food a staff were excellent. Found the room cramped especially with the small bathroom with the sliding door. Which was a shame as everything else about the stay was great.

Friendly staff, great service, good food.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, bedroom walls were paper thin meaning that you could hear your fellow guests conversations, tv etc... clearly at normal volume levels.

Lovely stay

meals were good sized portions, well cooked. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. room was a good size. Bathroom heater wasn't working when we arrived, but an alternative was found and the original was repaired the day after our arrival.

One night visit

We stayed for one night when visiting relatives locally. The room was quiet during the night with no traffic noise. Our dog could stay in the room (in his crate) for £10 extra payment. The breakfast was very good. The booking was for a shared bathroom but our room had its own large bathroom.

Everything was fine.

Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect for exploring North Norfolk!

Road fairly close but nothing can be done about that. Didn't affect our stay!

Have stayed several times. I wouldn’t go back unless I liked it a lot.

Friendly staff. Good food at good value. Absolutely nothing to complain about except minor issue below.

Hot water pressure in bathroom sink too low.
