Bonchurch - Fabulous home from home!
The house was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. An ideal location for family holidays with the beautiful unspoilt beach at Bonchurch a stones throw away, and the lovely walk along the promenade to the bustling seafront at Ventnor with cafes if you want a more lively atmosphere.

Home away from home
We would highly recommend this property for a stay on the Isle of Wight. The property was in a great location, quiet and easy to walk into Ventnor; clean and very spacious. We had fun in the garden especially playing table tennis. Communication with the owners was simple and easy. When asked about ideas to do with a teenager Philip made suggestions for us. It really was like staying in a home away from home! Thank you for making our visit to the Isle of Wight so special!

Great property and location
The house was brilliant and I had kitchen envy. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. It is in a great location. The hills are steep but well worth walking to the beaches. Philip was easy to communicate with and we had a lovely break.

lovely house, very enjoyable weekend
We had a lovely stay at Garden House in Bonchurch. The weather was not great and we were disappointed not to be able to try out the table tennis in the garden due to the rain, but the location was good and the house was comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The owners were very helpful and their correspondence prior to visiting the property was faultless. Thank you.

Beautiful family home for a very special Christmas
We enjoyed 3 nights over the festive period where 5 families came together for Christmas day. The facilities are wonderful, there is nothing more that we could have wanted, beds were comfortable and the hosts were incredibly accommodating which we were very grateful for, even providing a Christmas tree for us. Plenty of parking, the gardens are lovely and a very well equipped kitchen, with a brilliant cooker! A proper home from home environment. We'd love to stay Again

Comfortable family home in great location
We all loved the house, especially our grandchildren who had great fun in the garden and playhouse. The toys, videos and books kept them amused on our one rainy day. Bonchurch is a charming village and the beach at Monksbay was a real find - often having it to ourselves. There is so much to do in this part of the island for all ages.
We would recommend the walk along the coast path through The Landslip to the tea rooms at Luccombe Chine - an adventure for children with the bonus of a good tea at the end for the adults in a beautiful setting.

Ideal family home, pefect for a holiday home
It was a perfect home for an extended family of 7, parents, children of 8, 6 and 4 years, and grandparents. The house gave us all the facilities we needed and we were very comfortable. One very minor problem was very quickly resolved.
A good garden to enjoy but unfortunately weather didn't give us the chance to enjoy all it to the full.
Situated within access of all the beaches and places we wanted to visit.
Recommended.

Absolutely stunning, lovely lounges and lovely garden. 400m away from Ventnor highstreet, meaning it's only a short stroll to the shops and bars...and beach!
The kids didn't want to leave, and nor did the adults.
