Viele Treppen waren zu bewältigen.😊

Excellent location with good food and restaurant options. Next to the tram station. And the host Virginie and Nathanel were extremely kind and accommodating during our stay. Will stay again when we come back to Strasbourg.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. The location was central to all the popular sights without being noisy and the building itself was incredible with modern finishings in a historical old building.

Location. View from the windows.
Staires !!! The room is so tiny and very hot. The sliding door of the bathroom couldn't close properly, It's embarrassing when there are 4 people living in the apartment. It's very noisy in the middle of the night if the window is open.

Welcomed by the lovely Virginie - so helpful. Apartment is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. Good value for money.
Lot of stairs!

Being in a 16th century building with all the original features but sensitively renovated. The location was excellent. The kitchen had the basics necessary to cook a meal. The car parking couldn’t have been more secure. Virginia and her staff were very attentive to our needs - great welcome and send off! Will definitely be back!
Wouldn’t say ‘didn’t like’ but guests need to be aware the apartment is up three flights of steep, narrow, wooden stairs and being a 16th century building, no lift!

Madame Virginie was so very kind. She met us at the parking garage to show us our spot, walked with us to the room (it was a couple flights of stairs). The kitchen area was perfect for making our breakfast and the kids loved the loft area. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. Can't wait to come back!

We were greeted and shown to our room. The location was excellent and our room looked out over Kleber Place.

The apartment was quaint and very comfortable. The courtesy coffee was a plus. The location was fabulous and easy access to everything. Will definitely stay again
It was a shock to climb 3 stories of stairs with baggage. If you have a disability it’s not for you. A bit noisy at night with window open but expected with location

Excellent experience with our new friends from Point Kleber. They met us nearby to give us the codes and hold our luggage for the afternoon. They did the same on checkout. Always available and ready to assist. The room was fantastic; more of an apartment with the kitchen, stove, microwave, etc... The property is in a wonderful central location. I am looking forward to returning in a few months. Do not hesitate to book here.

The only good thing is the location which is great and close to everything. And also although we had a mistake in the reservation the staff was so kind to help and find a solution
Very disappointing ! This hotel is the worst solution for a family ! Tiny staircase a lot a lot of stairs with no lift, and that wouldn't bother if the stairs were comfortable but they are so tiny and hard to manage with kids .The facilities are awful the beds are so tiny and not comfortable at all ( the mattresses were so bad they were already V shaped) the bathroom is so tiny too ,the hotel is so outdated even though it's from the 16th century . So noisy each time a guest gets in or out of the building. Not worth the money at all .

Great location and the rooms were very big! The TV had s great selection of choices and the kitchenette was stocked really well. The staff was very nice and helpful and stored our luggage for us the next day.
Going up four floors with luggage is rough. The staircases are confusing and cramped.

All.
If i have to say something, just the mattress.

The staff was very responsive, and the location in the city center is perfect to explore the town. The building was unique and provided us with an 'experience' unlike any we have had.
Two things; 1) the room was very hot during the early evening. The floor standing airconditioner is quite noisy and the ventilation hole in the wall does not work properly in that the hole does not exit heat from the building but simply returns the hot air into the wall. We eventually opened the window and routed the airconditioner exhaust out the window and this helped, but the machine is quite noisy. 2) One morning we were leaving for breakfast and had to step over a homeless person who was sleeping inside the building. This can happen in a city center, but it was jarring to see.

it was charming and kept the integrity of the original building details, mixed with modern amenities and comforts.
if you sleep with the window open it is quite loud because you’re near the town square and there’s people out and about all night long. If you sleep with them closed it is very peaceful.

The room is one of the most beautiful designed rooms I had in the last couple of years. Virginie the hostess helped us with everything including a parking lot! Her helper took the heavy suitcase of my wife and brought it to our room on the third floor. The kitchen is very functional.
Unfortunately there was no elevator.

Very well organized and all details of arrival, parking etc were shared prior to our arrival

We were met by a property representative. They hand walked us to our reserved parking space, helped with our luggage, and explained the entry into the apartment and features.
Ours was a third story apartment. Great view, but understand you have to go up 3 sets of stairs and the last part in very narrow. You have to expect that for an old European building. The lights in the stairs were not always on, bring a flashlight just to be safe.
