Établissement sans climatisation - Personnel très bien

Personnel aux petits soins - Emplacement plaisant - À 20 minutes à pied du centre historique de Strasbourg

Climatisation en panne - Explications fumeuses pour laisser penser que la réparation est en cours - Très chaud dans les chambres quand il fait 30 degrés - Prévoir de l’anti-moustiques si vous compter laisser la porte-fenêtre ouverte pour réduire un peu la chaleur

Unsere Vorstellungen für Einen Aufenthalt zwischen Stadtbummel und Erholung im Grünen erfüllt!

Super Lage, ruhig und neben dem Park, den wir immer wieder mit den Hunden benutzen. Ins Zentrum fuhren wir mit den ÖV. Grosses Apartment mit Balkon, alles nötige vorhanden.

Gutes Hotel für Strassburg Besuch .

Zwar in die Jahre gekommen - aber Zimmer mit Balkon , Küchenzeile -alles was man so braucht . Parken auch unproblematisch - Personal nett und freundlich.

Super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Gute Lage für uns mit Hund, direkt am Park und schön zu Laufen. Zum Zentrum ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Freie Parkplätze im Umkreis zu finden. Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Ruhige Lage. Zimmer angenehm groß. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war die kleine Küchenzeile für das Allernötigste ausreichend. 2 Plattenherd, Mikrowelle, kl. Salatschüssel, Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Töpfe, kl. Pfanne, sowie normales Essbesteck, wie Messer, Gabel, Löffel. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine.

Mobilnetz ist wesentlich effektiver als das dortige W-lan. Ein paar Küchenhelfer wären nützlich, wie bspw. Kochlöffel, Pfannenwender, etc., etc..... Geschirrtücher, Lappen etc. selbst mitbringen. Das Gefrierfach der Minibar kühlt nur.

Quiet room, helpful staff

It was a minor inconvenience that the card stopped working twice. Also, it was my first time using this card system, and there were no instructions that I have to insert the card into a slot to get electrocity, and the room was dark, so I couldn't even really investigate that slot. It would be nice to ask quests if they are familiar with the card system or incluse the insteuctions on the card.( I might have missed the insteuctions, but I looked for them after it and didn't find anywhere)

The room was very spacious. The 1980s decor was nostalgic.

The shower had a very slow running drain, so it overflowed in 3 minutes. There were also stains all over the carpets. For a 4-star hotel, an in-room coffee machine would have been nice, and a bit of dusting would have made the room feel more fresh.

Disappointed

Although the presentation is perfect, in my opinion the place is not maintained up to the standard - the balcony chairs were dusty, no coffee in the room, the wc was leaking when we arrived - a problem known to the reception, but I was rudely told how to handle it myself, an issue, which in a "nice place" should never be left for the next customers to notice, especially with the posts for being environmentally conscious... Very noisy in the early morning - it sounded like all kinds of trucks were delivering something on that day. So the bed was comfy, still a walkable distance from the center, but the overall feeling for me is disappointing.

Very nice hotel close to Orangerie

The location is great, very close to the European Parliament and just across the Parc de l'Orangerie. The rooms were spacious and clea, breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly. One of the rooms on the fifth floor had a very nice view over the cathedral and spacious terrace.

We booked the superior suites to be able to use the sofa bed and unfortunately the latter vas very uncomfortable, espescially for two people. I would reccommend it for children or single use.

Pleasant but not impressed

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, ovelooking Parc de l'Orangerie. The staff was quite friendly, decent breakfast (but no vegetables or fruit), big room with a little kitchen (some tea bags but no coffee), nice balcony although the door to the balcony was quite a challenge to open.

This is not a bad hotel but definitely not a four-star one. The rooms are large but a bit shabby (furniture, carpet, kitchen facilities) and in need of modernisation. The wifi is also weak.

overpriced, but convenient location

Very convenient location. 24hrs reception desk. Very well heated room and even bathroom (10/2022).

Outdated furniture, smelly carpet. Room cleaning only upon request, not daily. Uncomfy bed. Booked and paid for queen bed, but they just pushed two twins together. Absolutely overpriced 180EUR/night/1 person/1 room without breakfast.
