Der Preis Leistungsverhältniss war einwandfrei

Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht weit weg von den bedeutenden Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkhaus in der Nähe, wurde Videoüberwacht.

Da unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war bzw. zum Teil im Keller hat es nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Aber für einen kurzen Trip vollkommen ok.

The air conditioning was not that strong, but the evenings were under 70 degrees in July and I was able to open the wind

Su booking c'è scritto che le camere sono climatizzate ma il clima non funziona più da tempo in tutta la struttura. Camere minuscole. Un topolino girava per la sala colazione.

Un bon point de départ pour visiter la capitale alsacienne.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable (belle véranda, petite chambre annexe). Petit déjeuner copieux et varié dans une belle salle voûtée. Bien situé à proximité du centre ville de Strasbourg, dans un quartier vivant.

Quelques négligences sur les équipements, en particulier les rideaux de la véranda, qui étaient déchirés, et que l'on ne pouvait pas relever.

Not ok for a family and kids

The price was attractive !

The rooms were not clean, they were very small, the entry of the hotel is on the side, needed to reserve a parking space for the car or otherwise you can’t park ! In the reception the cleaning tools were on the floor , not a nice welcome!

Preis Leistung war super. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites auch deutschsprechendes Personal.

Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und sehr zurfriedenstellend. Es wurde immer sofort nachgefüllt und es gab bis zur vereinbarten Frühstückszeit ausreichendes Frühstück.

Angenehmes Hotel

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel. Da wir zu dritt waren, hatten wir ein Zimmer unterm Dach. Der Aufzug geht nur bis zum 4. Stockwerk, die letzte Etage dann über d. Treppe. Das Zimmer ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Betten waren bequem u. das Bad groß genug, sah neu aus. Das Personal sehr freundlich, haben uns Tips gegeben. Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Das Hotel ich nicht weit von der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß in ca. 10min.

Personale super disponibile. La nostra stanza aveva problemi con i riscaldamenti e non hanno esitato a cambiarcela,dandocene una più grande e confortevole.

A cosy French-style hotel in a convenient location.

We've booked the room for 3 people. It came with separated rooms with a good bathroom size. The staff were really helpful and had a correct mentality for someone who worked in hospitality. The location was just perfect, just outside the old town.

Perhaps, it was a little bit old, but I certainly think this is acceptable.

Es war rundum gut, das Zimmer, das Frühstück, die Lage. Unbedingt ratsam ist es aber, einen Parkplatz vorab zu reservieren, sonst wenig Chancen.

Very comfortable.

It was a good location and had two rooms in one, which worked well for a family. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Nothing, a tea/coffee facility in the room would have been perfect, but it's not such a common thing outside the UK.

Nice hotel in great location for the city

No parking on site and you can only park on the street for 3 hours in 24 hour period and it costs 35euros. Free parking is only 7pm to 9am

Welcome and room wait

I liked the fact that the apartment was very clean although we were able to check in almost 1 hour and a half later because the room was not ready. Overall the stay was good.

I didn't like the first receptionist that greeted me in the morning when we first came. She was snobby with us, probably because we didn't speak French very well, but the second one was really nice with us.

Its within the city center. Staffs were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast could be improved. We stayed 3 nights with breakfast but we were offered same variety of breakfast. Minimal cold cuts and no scrambled eggs. Only breads.

Good place, we had a great time, awesome location and great stuff working there.

There was no toilet brush and the douche cabine was leaking.

Well situated hotel with excellent breakfast.

Convenient hotel in street just outside the historic city centre, little more than five minutes' stroll from the opera house and ten minutes from the cathedral and art museums. Really nice breakfast with lots of choice of sweet and savoury foods, served in atmospheric breakfast room. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was a bit awkwardly located on the upper floor, beyond the reach of the lift. Bathroom was a bit small. When I arrived printer was out of order and I couldn't get an invoice after paying the bill. Nothing major wrong with it though.
