Fourth time staying here. I keep returning because of the very friendly owners, the brilliant choice of breakfast and the beautiful location. Will return yet again soon.

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming host, great location (especially if you bring your own boat) charming building.
Double bed a bit small for me (though it was clear this was what I was paying for so not really a valid complaint), Liz found the cooked breakfast slightly small (I found the uncooked breakfast delicious!)

Lovely characterful building, nice breakfast, very accommodating and attentive host
Room was a little lacking in storage space. Using the cooking facilities in the room wasn’t really practically possible

The owners were really nice. We couldn't make the firsy night, so they offered us to stay an extra or a discount next time. Much appreciated.

Everything! I mean location- opposite broad river, accommodation, pub across the river by chain ferry 300 m from the accommodation and our fabulous hosts ( Sarah in particular made us feel like old friends visiting). This was one of our top 2 b&b's during our 46 day UK holiday from Australia. You will be sorry to miss this great experience!
Nothing, we loved everything about it

The B&B is located in a beautiful location in Norfolk. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the owners are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The double room in which I stayed, offered a wonderful view across the river, and it was a pleasure to draw back the curtains each morning. A generous continental breakfast is included in the price. Hope to return one day.

Lovely location overlooking the Broads, Sarah couldn't do enough for us she was very knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when in the area.

Lovely location close to the river. Owners were very engaging and friendly. Breakfast was very nice.
Only minor point was the use of a shared bathroom rather than an ensuite. But as we were the only guests atcthe time, this was a very trivial inconvenience.

Fabulous view from our window! Fantastic breakfast! Sarah and Berny were welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and very clean.
I was a little disappointed there wasn't a TV in our room.

A wonderful, peaceful location away from everything. We were able to come and go as we pleased. Had a decent, continental breakfast, which was included in the price. We were there on Easter Sunday and had mini chocolate eggs on our plate! Sarah was a very thoughtful and attentive host.
My husband would have liked a TV in the room (I was happy without!)

Breakfast was simple but homely. There was an addition fee I did not know about until I arrived for a cooked breakfast. I had it once; good value, though. The house was a lovely, quiet, old place. I looked for a place out of the way, and I found one; be aware, you will need a car to get to it and to go places. it was right on the river, and there was a brilliant chain ferry a minute's stroll down the road to the nearest village with 3 pubs. Be aware, pubs in Norfolk seem to be shut on Monday and Tuesday, and some close earlier on Sunday! Hosts were very attentive and had good local information. There was a microwave and fridge in the dining room for my own food for the evenings.
Wifi was available but a bit patchy. I would recommend the hosts consider a larger fridge. I was the only person there for most of my trip, and my few items nearly filled the tiny fridge!

Any type of breakfast was available.
Quiet and wonderful sky at night. On our next visit I will bring my telescope!
Sarah and her partner were most welcoming and knowledgeable about the area.
Nothing. Everything was ok.

Fantastic cosy room with a breath taking view on the river, super clean, delicious breakfast served with river view and by the fireplace. Lots of nice pub and delicatesse walking distance and beautiful walks in the field from the bnb. It's our favourite place and we always go back there for a peaceful weekend whenever we have the chance. Highly recommended!

The hosts were lovely. Very friendly. Great location
had to share a bathroom, no TV in the room

, told to take our shoes off when I before entering the house, told not to disturb other people twice even though we are very quiet and quite old, feeling like we had to creep around someones house who is making a load of money out of having people stay there and treating them like they are nuisance children (albeit with a smile), being told what time to turn the tv off in our room, then having the ,landlady knock on the door in the morning and tell us to go out for the whole day and then tell us on our way out to enjoy ourselves!!! I didn't realise these sorts of places still existed. I had nowhere to do my work all day. It was very hot and not even a fan in the room.

The continental breakfast was excellant.
My wife found the stairs difficult but she managed.
Would have preferred an ensuite bathroom.

Beautiful peaceful location beside the river. Fun using the chain ferry to get across to the pub. Thoughtful hosts had already checked our dinner options for a Monday night.
A slightly earlier breakfast option would have made it perfect.

Breakfast delicious and location lovely.
It would have been nice to have a step free bathroom, but this was not a big issue!

The location right next to the river was wonderful. great for wildlife spotting and for cycling from the door. Sarah and Berend were so accommodating and the breakfasts were lovely. We are vegans and although this was not usual for Sarah she made sure we were catered for.
We felt very looked after and at home.
