愛煙家には苦。

清潔で、本を読めるライトの明るさ。スタッフの対応も良かった。

全館喫煙案内された近所の喫煙所（徒歩1分以内）の無料喫煙所（近隣ビル2階、椅子無し）は、土・日曜日は休みで利用できず。だいぶ歩いて喫煙場所を探した。結局、近隣の居酒屋で昼から一服するハメに。美味しかったけど無駄な出費だったし、夜もお腹空いてないのに、喫煙可能な居酒屋に。

Compact and comfortable

This was our first Japanese hotel and I was surprised what they can fit in such a compact space. The bed was comfortable and as we were out and about each day the small space was not a problem. The laundry rooms had washer/dryer machines that were the cheapest I have ever used. We had breakfast included and after some confusion on morning one as to how the process worked, google translate came to the rescue, and we settled in. Each morning you received a breakast plate of a strange mix of salad, pickled veggies, cold meat, hot meat or chicken rissole and egg roll, all of which were very tasty. There was also tea, coffee, miso, curry, rice and a small selection of breads. The train station was only five minutes walk away, but then the main centre of Tokyo, Parks and the Zoo at Ueno were within 2 kms - so also very walkable. Many small food places were in the surrounding streets.

I didn't like the pillows, but soon came to realise that the pillows in all the hotels were the same. They are flat or big and quite hard and the underside (or is it the topside) is full of beans or some kinds of hard balls.

The location and their services. We got free gifts for my baby as well. They kept our luggage on the check out day for free, which was really helpful!

The size of the room, it was quite tight for two adults and an infant.

Bed was very comfortable, room was bigger than most in Tokyo especially for the price. Breakfast was filling: rice, salad, fish, meat. Check-in and check-out was very smooth.

More options on the TV would be good, we couldn't use it.

Small Room in Good Location

Comfortable bed, clean room/bathroom, and great location (lots of convenience stores, restaurants in the area and close to the train station)

like other typical hotel rooms in Japan, the rooms in this hotel are also very small. Some of the receptionists weren't friendly and looked a little annoyed when we were a bit late checking out (+/- 15 minutes) and wanted to leave our suitcases for a while (+/- 3 hours only) waiting for the bus that would pick up and take us to the airport

i wont recommend the area if youre a solo female traveller. japan is safe but the area is not exactly suitable for alone female travellers.

Staff was very kind, spoke good english. The room was fairly tiny but I didnt mind. Might be a bit too small for someone with a lot of luggage.

Great location, comfortable room & great service at a great price!

APA seem to have upgraded a lot of hotels recently, so the room was very clean and new-looking. The lobby was stylish and checkin was simple. I always get a good price too, and it was easy to extend my stay.
