Location and food
Facilities a bit tired and in need of refresh

Location was great
When we walked into the room the bed wasn’t mad, and if it was it wasn’t made very well. We had to go in and make the bed. Toilet wasn’t flushed from pervious use.

As a great place to stay close to where we needed to go on Sunday. Breakfast was really good.
We had a small issue when come to check in. Some one with similar surname had cancelled there booking but cancelled ors instead but problem got resolved

Very noisy didn't get much sleep
Would not stay again

The room was exactly what we needed.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Two members of staff were I don't want to say rude but patronising firstly I was told there definitely was no booking they were fully booked up. Then another member of staff arrived to take my details and payment but no explanation about the mixup just a slight apology for the wait. I didn't realise in filling in the details it would be an inquisition I didn't know my friends car registration I tried to explain he wouldn't be staying but she demanded to know it and looked at me like I was an imbecile because I couldn't even tell her the make of a car that doesn't belong to me. She then asked for ID which I didn't have as I'd stayed here previously and wasn't asked and I had assumed I wouldn't need one as I believe most hotel policy is only to ask for ID if payment in cash which I wasn't eventually she begrudgingly put through my card and gave me my room key.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the evening meal was excellent
The room temperature was a bit erratic, and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, as I stay in a lot of hotels due to my job. This was something that stood out for me as a problem.

The room I stayed in was absolutely excellent and more like a 3 star Hotel, this has been upgraded since my last visit and was very well fitted out with a spacious Walk - In Shower it also had a Bath, a couch, chair, a dressing table, tv etc, the usual tea and coffee making facilities fantastic!
I only stayed the one night as was only a short working trip, the evening meal was good, also the breakfast however, there seems to be an inconsistancy with the evening meal times, the details on their web page indicated final orders for food is at 9.30pm, but I was told by staff it was 7.45 to 8pm, I don't know if this is just early in the week, the hotel needs to clarify this, I thought i would have to get a take away from one of the local food establishements on the site.

The food was excellent
Bedroom was dirty, bed was broken and shower didn't work properly

Upon arrival, was welcomed by staff who were very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my room - very modern, clean and comfortable. The shower was fantastic, and the tea making facilities were also great. The TV had all the channels you could wish for, as well as Netflix, etc. The distance to the M1 was a dream, only 400m, and made the morning commute much more accessible! I was departing at 6.35am and thus missed the breakfast, but there is a very well-stocked shop next door that also serves hot food and has coffee facilities for those early morning folk. Overall, a very nice place and would stay again.
The only thing which was a minor downfall was that the wifi (free) was very slow, and I was unable to stream anything due to the slow bandwidth, however, this could have been because there were too many people on it at one time. This would not stop me from returning however as it was a great place!

good location and comfortable
quite cold initially but warmed up fairly quickly

good location, friendly staff and nice buffet style dinner.
Accessing the room from the bar. you always seemed to have to go outside and it was raining very heavily. Provision of a covered walkway would be a reasonably priced solution to this problem.

Good
The bar closed at 10

it was convenient to where we were going
the flooring was very squeaky in room and bathroom
the toilet roll holder was at the back of toilet very uncomfortable as a female to use
plenty of room on wall beside toilet for it

Breakfast was good. Out of pancakes though. Restaurant part looks really nice. Accommodation side is a little old and tired. Nice and clean though and comfortable enough. Nothing to write home about. Only stayed for one night as was at a wedding in the Killyman rectory nearby.
Shower doors need replacing. Pretty old.

Location. Clean, friendly
Old woren out mattresses, bad pillows, stayed there a year ago and hasn't changed. Water in shower just trickling out so very hard to rinse your hair of shampoo, especially when you have very long hair.

Food was excellent we had dinner and breakfast staff were attentive and helpful.
Clearer signage at the front if the hotel would b useful to locate the rooms

ItVery good value for money and bed very comfortable. Really nice its a room price rather than occupancy price
No lift, have to use a key to get through all doors which is difficult when carrying bags and other items.

The lady on reception, sorry didn't get her name, was very welcoming explaining the procedure for evening meal and breakfast, access to the building after hours and what was available in the local area. The room was ideal, well heated and the shower facilities were very good. the food in the attached restaurant was amazing, don't drive past without stopping to sample the vegetable soup and supreme chicken!! Staff in the restaurant were very friendly
I'd only booked 1 night due to work commitments, wish I had more nights to spend there

Clean and quiet
Breakfast didn’t start until 9 am so we had to make do with a sandwich bought from the Spar as we had to be away by 8.30
3.8
Was clean and bed was comfortable
Very hard to find staff, curtains not good so room was very bright from early hours, quite expensive for what it is
3.8
Comfy bed...about all really.
Quality of the rooms.. no breakfast until 9 although advertised at 7am... having a very loud and disruptive wedding party. Overall would not recommend.

The staff were great and very helpful and remembered us from 2 years ago.
The mattress was a on the hard side for us but other than that it was great.
