Extremely comfortable room. All seemed very new. Very well soundproofed.
Had a really enjoyable meal on Friday evening. Very busy buzzy restaurant, wasn’t expecting that for a hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and warm.

The breakfast location was pleasant and although busy the staff were very helpful. It was self service but the staff offered to bring breakfast items to the table.
The hotel didn't have a car park but there was a multi storey car park 5 mins walk away which was quite expensive but the hotel did subsidise the parking charge. Overnight parking was around £8.

Spacious room.
Comfortable bed.
Water could have been hotter in the shower.
An armchair in the room would be a nice addition.
4.2
Met our expectations, very nice bar, open late, very good breakfast, service and staff excellent and helpful.
no big issues, and we hope to stay again - the prices a bit high - the first lunch disappointing and the breakfast could offer more variation of cheese and yoghurt

I booked a room because I couldn’t get a taxi home. All confirmed on Booking.com I walked to the hotel (about a 30 minute walk) to be told by the guy on the desk it was cancelled as there was no rooms?

What a fantastic hotel. Location was beautiful right on the Lagan. Rooms were excellent, beds were really comfortable and staff were extremely helpful. Can't wait to get back to this hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We had arrived by car and there was a large drop off area in front of the hotel where you could park while checking in and taking your bags to the room. There was a carpark building across the road and the hotel gave us a 50% discount on the daily rate. Friendly welcome from staff. We had a standard king room, not large but comfortable, overlooking the river with views to the Titanic Museum. Great restaurant, also overlooking the river, with an excellent breakfast. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner. Location was fantastic with a 20 minute walk to Titanic, where there was also a Hop on Hop off Bus stop. And the centre of town was also only about a 20min walk.

Everything looked nice, the bathroom in the room was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful
The bed wasn't very comfortable, there was a big zip down the middle to keep two single mattresses together which was disappointing to say the least, especially considering this is not a cheap hotel

Everything
Only thing was Portion size for dinner was small but very tasty though .
4.2
Excellent hotel in a great location. Would definitely recommend

The hotel was lovely and we got upgraded to a river view room which was great and the view was exceptional even though the weather was terrible. Good facilities and bed was very comfy.
The only downside which is not the hotels fault but with the heavy rain during the night it was noisy with it banging against the facade of the hotel. The breakfast was ok was good selection but I wasn't keen on some of the elements as felt they were undercooked for my liking
4.2
Very modern and very close to the city and bars, breakfast was 10/10 definitely will be back!

Staff (bar reception) were very friendly.
Beds not very comfortable. Very clinical hotel, designed for business people.

The hotel is well-located with an attractive aspect over the harbour. It is only a short walk into Belfast city centre. One can walk along the waterfront, over the impressive pedestrian bridge and along the opposite bank to reach the Titanic Experience. A pleasant 15 minute walk in summer, though I suspect it could be a different story in less benign weather conditions. The hotel itself if recently constructed, clean and well-appointed.
We stayed here on two separate occasions within a week. On both occasions we had service issues. Arriving late for our first night the air-conditioning in our room had been operating intensively and - as a result - the room was cold. We adjusted the system, initially into a heating mode in order to get the room temperature to an acceptable level and then to switch it off so we could sleep. This took time when we really just wanted to get some sleep. I mentioned this to the staff on departure. Rather than listening, the receptionist talked over me about how we could have called reception that evening and they would have been able to adjust the room remotely. All of which is irrelevant. We don't want to have to talk to reception at 1am. We were perfectly able to deal with the system. Bearing in mind that for several days the maximum daytime temperature in Belfast had been about 16C, my point was that it was pointless and wasteful to be operating the system at all. For our second stay, the A/C system was not on and did not seem to have been on recently; the room was a pleasant temperature. Unfortunately we had different issues on this occasion. We had booked two rooms and were meeting our daughter (who was travelling separately) at this hotel. Our timings were in doubt for some time but when it became clear (about a day before our arrival) that she would arrive ahead of us, I advised the hotel of this fact through the booking.com app and requested that they check our daughter in. I got confirmation of delivery of this message and heard nothing more. However, the reception staff refused to allow our daughter access to one of the rooms. The reservation had been made on a free-cancellation basis, but of course this option had expired by this point. So I was committed to pay for the rooms and my credit card details were held by the intermediary.

Bedroom very good and Breakfast good
Need a hot towel rail in bathroom, after a very wet day nowhere to dry clothing, coats etc and shoes also would have hoped the Hotel could have loaned umbrellas.

Location
It would have been helpful to have a mirror near to a charging point for drying hair
