The staff were very helpful, especially Margrethe.

Incredible breakfast, beautiful location but a little further out from the city centre. Friendly staff, stunning ice hotel and the main house is also very beautiful. I would want to come back in the summer as well!
A unique experience - I have no complaints.

It was a unique experience but probably best only done for one night. You can arrive earlier but you don't get your roo. Until 8pm as the ice hotel is open to visitors until then. So you have to wait in the rest area until then. Over all it was worth it and I would recommend.
You basically don't have a room so you have to store your luggage, shower and wash in a common area that is not very big. All you can do in your ice room is Gunther after 8pm to sleep.

We had one night in this Ice hotel. It is an experience, fun but not wholly comfortable (you can't have toilets in an ice hotel) and expensive - even more so for someone paying in GBP.
The price. But you only live once.

You are provided with two high quality sleeping bags each for your stay in the ice hotel, which could be unzipped and combined to create one large sleeping bag and the the other two could be combined to create a large duvet. This made the stay not only nice and warm, but surprisingly very comfortable and cosy for my partner and I.
We were also fortunate enough to have a clear night and good aurora forecast. That combined with the seclusion of Sorrisniva made for a truly breathtaking Northern Lights show.
No complaints whatsoever! Our only regret is that we hadn't stayed longer. We think the perfect way to enjoy Sorrisiva would be to spend one night in the ice hotel for the experience and then spend 5-7 nights in the main hotel to enjoy the luxury on offer, all of the activities and the surrounding natural beauty.

Real treat and novelty to sleep in igloo. Rest of hotel also well designed.
We requested vegan meal but this was t communicated with the kitchen and so the food offered was limited, especially for breakfast.

ice hotel was beautiful and a definitely memorable experience.
We liked it all! just one thing that caught us off guard was that we weren’t allowed to take our stuff inside - it makes sense why not as it would freeze, but we just didn’t expect it :)

A brand new hotel to relax with lovely views and great facilities. The igloo hotel was a great experience.
The staff were welcoming but it would have been great if they could have given more recommendations on walks in the area. We went exploring the following day and found a great viewing point that wouldn’t have been hard to get to in the evening to search for the Northern lights and get away from the light pollution.

I stayed in the igloo hotel which was a fabulous experience. It is built every November then melts in April. The igloo hotel is out of this world. The sauna and log burners in the main building are very welcome after a night on the ice. The gentleman who did my airport pick up was excellent. Great service.

Very interesting experience, but definitely not for people who loves warm. Sleeping bags were really warm and one was enough (at least for me), but there was recommended two of them per person. Breakfast offer very wide. Possibility to enjoy sauna in morning was excellent. Parking in front of the reception. Room was a bit small, but I can understand that it is not possible to make it bigger from such material as snow. A little bit too expensive comparing to other hotels.

Very nice location. Very good breakfast and dinner. Unique experiance!!! (for one night...:))

The ice hotel was beautiful and the location is lovely. The food in the restaurant was great.
Having to carry over heavy bedding from main building to ice hotel. Also the one pillow we were allowed was tiny! I would have liked a sheet over the top of the reindeer skins as our clothing was covered in hairs. Having said all that we were not cold.
