Well looked after, clean and had all facilities needed
the bath/shower wasn’t great.

Excellent evening, good food. The room was fine.
I did not like trying to get in for breakfast, to find out that it was not available until 9am, no notices anywhere. Then to find out that there was no breakfast because they were expecting a new electricity meter. The staff did manage to rustle up egg on toast, but I felt let down because we could have been informed of this when we checked in. We should have been given a discount but none was offered.

It's mostly good.
Sort of value for money but they don't tell you when you book that breakfast doesn't start until 09:00. Mist people need to be at their destination by then an 07:30 or the very latest 08:00 breakfast would have suited. I had to go until lunch time before I ate anything.

Stayed here after a day Christmas shopping in Worcester. Fabulous place in a pretty little village. Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms and great atmosphere and food in bar/restaurant. Stayed here 2 years now and will definitely stay again.

Dinner and breakfast were very good although my wife's Sirloin Steak was chewy that one would like.
No real negatives.

Bed a bit to soft but overall very good value food very good. Excellent beer garden very good staff.

It had a large garden so that one could eat outside which was important to me in these COVID times
The outside steps leading to the accommodation had no handrail of any kind which for me as an 83 year old proved a hazard as I slipped and fell hitting my head against a brick wall which resulted in profuse bleeding and a 999 call though fortunately I wasn’t admitted to A&E but treated in situ by paramedics.

A member of staff was rude to my partner and I. The coffee machine was broken in the room and there was half eaten biscuits under the bed.

Great location very friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay really good. Great breakfasts.
For me the shower needed a bit more power but it didn’t affect our stay at the oak.
