Clean and tidy, reception people were lovely and welcoming.
The heat, it was exceptionally warm even when it cooled down outside in the evening, the room was still melting, having a fan was good but just too warm.

Very convenient for short drive to the Upton Blues Festival via a private exit from the services.
Comfortable rooms with plenty of space including a sofa bed.
Staff are always very friendly and helpful.
It would be nicer if the bathrooms were updated - they are looking a little tired.
I could have done with some extra milk for our teas. They were not topped up for the 2nd day. In fairness I did not make a point of asking for them.

Very spacious ensuite room, entirely up to Days Inns standard, and easy parking outside. Staff were very helpful and my dog was made very welcome.

Everything was fine. On arrival and throughout our stay, MAKS DMYTRUK on Reception was very helpful and professional - made us feel very welcomes and certainly an extremely good ambassador for Days Inn. Being able to park the car close by was an advantage. We were here for the Jazz Festival in Upton, so location was good, with a nice journey in.

Good Customer Service at Reception.
The look of the rooms could have been improved upon a little.
4.5 / 5.0
The room was spacious with a spare single bed ,i would think it would suit a family .The shower was powerful ,on the minus ide it could do with a bit of a makeover !
The window looking out towards the carpark couldn't be shut as the window frame is broken /distorted and i would imagine rain could enter the room .

The bathroom all different tiles, the bed so uncomfortable, water marks on the ceiling the list goes on

The pillows are very comfortable. But quite honestly, If I could rate it lower … I would.
Checking in was so much work, filling out a long form. The staff seemed to not care about the whole check in process. Walking towards room, you could visually see the place fall apart, I told staff that it smelt strong of weed in the halls … but I was ignored and had to leave as I felt very awkward.
The room was mouldy and started to crack everywhere. During the night there was a non stop noise that almost sounded like a water pump?
For the amount I paid, I feel scammed! Will not be returning as bugs throughout room and then tried to speak to someone at checkout about these issues but to my surprise ... no one was at the desk and after waiting 10 minutes, we decided to just leave.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.
Handy to be able to use the no entry routes out of the services and between them.
Bathroom had plenty of soap etc.
Would have been nicer if bathroom was revamped. Had a bit of trouble with the flush. However most of the time it was fully functional.

The rooms don't get cleaned. The bathrooms are covered in urine, pubic hair, the walls are covered in spit and you don't get any toilet roll. When we complained at reception the man just said that they don't get cleaned because they are short staffed. This is disgusting!

friendly and helpful reception .Clean room and bath room , could not have asked for more. I would stay again comfy Bed plus a tv. drinks try was ok and needed.
I could not have expected any more for the price that I paid I think that £10 for each dog expensive. I think that £10 for the first dog and then a reduced price for the other 2dogs.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the shower was very good.
The bathroom was not as clean as it should of been, the front of the toilet bowl was dirty needed more attention, the hot tap on the basin did not work, it was also a little dated.

Good location for where I was going next day
Someone came in to the room early in the morning, just after 6am and I had just got out shower, I had dogs with me aswell so this was not what I would expect. I'm assuming it was someone from house keeping as there was a trolley in corridor when I took items out to my car

The hotel is at a motorway services, I said I’d be arriving late, when I did arrive late. When I got there the motorway was closed for a PLANED 5 evening period and I could not get to the hotel.
They still took my money although they knew I would not be able to get in. Technically theft.
