Happy memories of kind and helpful hosts, the quiet beach and tile out from the touristic areas.

Quiet location and only one other guest room. Beautiful sea view and courtyard to sit outside with fans on! We just had to walk across the road to get to the sea. The owners were absolutely lovely and attentive! They also organised a tour to the backwaters which was perfect.

There were not many restaurants, nearby ((one was 20 mins walk away) But that one was a great place with amazing food and we met lovely people there. -as most travellers to the area would find it!

A nice room, very clean, hot water shower, internet, ac, fan ... everything ist working perfectly. You can use the fridge in the kitchen in groundfloor. It was a quiet place - you can hear the mosque and the temple bells sometimes, but the street noise is far enough away. John was very freindly and always very helpfull. He answered any question we had. We enjoyed our stay and would come back next time.

Very beautiful, peaceful and clean place. Amazing and helpful host. The place has a common space on a rooftop where you can see sunset or sunrise :). Highly recommending!

Mr Johnson is the perfect host! Always there for help with a smile!! The room we stayed in felt so at home! Clean, spacious and well lit! Definitely worth it!

Great clean place close to the old town.

It was nice to cook in the kitchen and drink coffee on the terrace. Restaurants and the Old Town are very close. We recommend it to everyone!.

Wifi sometimes didn't work well.

Awesome stay for an absolutely fair price. The owner as well as his whole family was super friendly, kind, and helpful. We felt really welcomed. The apartment had a nice balcony, was spacious, and had a nice bathroom. There was a kitchen to prepare the breakfast and cold, filtered water which was nice refreshment.

Perfect place to stay in kochi

The owners were amazing, really friendly and very helfull. The guest house is very nice; clean, lot of space in the room, beautiful terrace, hot water showers, drinking water, nice kitchen with all the needed tools, fridge,... It has everything. Perfectly ubicated and close to a nice bike rental shop.

Perfect location close to the beach and old kochi. Beach and colonial places at walking distance. Room was very clean and hygienic. You wudnt find a better place at such prices. The hosts were lovely. Totally recommend if you're around the area for a few days to visit

Good memories. Helpful host.

Good value for money. Located near the coast. Friendly and helpful host. Next to a nice home restarant (Queens) with tasty kerala food. Wifi worked good.

Not on the main road and needs a bit of a walk into the area. However, this cannot be changed and I would not state this as a fault. Dont expect it to be luxurious as its a homestay. I found it comfortable enough.
