Great carpark and really helpful staff.
Tired outdoor lounging area it had a poorly maintained decking area and loungers.Heavy construction in the area and our room looked out on the bypass.Asked for a additional night offered a ridiculously high price that dropped later in the day, we'd moved to a character appartment in the old town by then.

the room was clean and big enough, with a comfortable bed and bathroom, well-equipped, we had all necessary there.
The own underground parking was a big plus for us, as we travelled by car.
The location was also good, it is not a very city centre, but really close, you can be in the old town in 20 mins by foot, also abt 10 mins and you have a lot of nice cafes / bars!
if you travel with a kid there is also a few big playgrounds and park area around :)
And the staff was excellent!)

the staff were excellent. we weren't happy with our room so they changed it. The hotel is beautiful and there's a bar that you can sit outside and relax with a drink. The breakfast is very good and there is a jacuzzi on the 6th floor.
Its a great hotel.
just the location really, its a long walk to the beach and to the old town.
However overall, its worth it!

We had been at this hotel about 7 years ago and we loved it. After so long I booked again and was very happy to see that it was as wonderful as the first time. I would love to go back and I would recommend it to anyone going to San Sebastian.
I liked everything about the hotel.
7.0
The hotel is conveniently situated a short walk from the San Sebastian Old Town and ideal if you have a vehicle, as they have a secure underground carpark that's easy to find. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and fine for a stopover. I also really appreciated the shower design!

Staff very nice and efficient
Ridiculous price for a bed smaller than a double : 135 cm ! An extra scandalous 19€ to park the car ! Coffe nd tea offered in the room but no milk of any kind

Clean rooms and very good breakfast

We paid just under €1000 for two nights for two rooms and expected good quality accommodation and service. Bath but no plug - so should not be advertised as having a bath. Request for a plug refused so had to use over bath shower - expect a stand-alone shower for this price and a bath that works! No coffee in room , only tea, coffee requested but refused. Asked for a taxi to be ordered for seafront, advised roads closed due to Tour de France and told to walk (it was pouring with rain) only to find the roads were open and cars were driving to the seafront.

Breakfast was good, room was decent size and staff were friendly and helpful.
Little bit far out of town. Lacking in drawers and hangers for clothes. No coffee facilities and no milk available.

location, parking

A new hotel with very clean rooms and public areas. Bed was not very comfortable. The location is not very central to the City Centre, so we did use the car more than we had planned.
Very good value for money and underground parking was ideal.
Bed could have been more comfortable. A more central location would have been better for us.

Really clean, modern rooms. Loads of space. Not too far from the center, it was a lovely 15 minute walk. The staff were all extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Their taxi service was also top notch, we never waited more than 5 mins for a taxi.
Our only problem was the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
8.0
All the hotel staff are friendly and efficient. The cafe bar is pleasant. Parking under the hotel is a bonus and much needed in San Sebastian. Rooms are a reasonable size and well maintained.
The Restaurant menu was a little more fast food than a full restaurant menu, although the Basque snacks are good.
The wardrobe in the room was more suited to short stays than our full week. The shower and bath tap access meant you had to get in the bath to turn the water on, also the water temperature is limited and getting a 'hot' bath was not viable as it was luke warm before getting in.

Dont expect too much for dinner, it doesn't exist.

The room and bathroom was very spacious and very clean.
The bed was very comfortable.
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
Their restaurant was open at night, so we did not have to go out.
Breakfast could be more exciting.
Coffee choices were only black, and nothing else.
It would be nice to have hot chocolate at breakfast as well.

within 20-minute walking distance to/from the center, secure parking (usually paid but I was lucky to have the free parking deal), spacious sunny room, heated radiator bars in the bathroom where we could dry wet clothes after walking in the rain, wooden floor, kind staffs
slight noise from cars at night if your room is facing main road, entering and exiting the garage can be a bit confusing, amenities, facilities
