The best stay in Edinburgh

This property is stunning! Wendy is so helpful and met us at the apartment to show us around and give us recommendations. The apartment had everything you could need,the coffee machine and milk frother being our favourites. It’s situated right beside a tesco and about a 10 minute walk to the royal mile but there’s bus stops all along the road. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Just a recommendation, maybe some blankets for the couches and a toilet brush in the bathroom. Everything else was great!

A wonderful place to stay in Edinburgh with a fantastic host and an easy walk to most things.

Wendy (host) was fantastic. She was really helpful and responsive and so easy to deal with. Really well decorated and furnished apartment and very generous coffee, tea, biscuits, etc.. provided. Wendy went to the effort of providing additional bedding for the sofa bed and she was there to greet us on arrival on a bitterly cold evening. Carpark provided but pretty much anywhere we wanted to go was an easy and enjoyable walk.

Beautifally equipped and well organized apartment, on the ground floor, spotless clean with everything you would need. Very nice host! And free parking space!

Lovely and cosy apartment

The apartment was lovely, cosy and clean and had all comforts we needed. It was located in lovely and peaceful neighborhood but still close to the city centre and Holywood park/ Arthur's seat. Also, grocery stores and restaurants were just around the corner. The host Wendy was really helpful and flexible.

I don't have anything negative to say.

Edinburgh is a very beautiful city and my next visit to this city is only in Wendy's apartment.

We are a family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. Very clean apartment, snow-white sheets, the kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Location is very central, quiet and safe. All major attractions within walking distance. There are several supermarkets nearby. There are a coffee machine with capsules, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything worked great. Two pairs of keys was also a bonus for us. Our flight was canceled and we had to change our flight and arrived at the apartment much earlier. Wendy greeted us with a cold bottle of wine and allowed us to check in much earlier. Thank you Wendy, it was very nice after a sleepless night!

Amazing Apartment

I love everything, the location (10 minutes of the Royal Mile), close to the supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is new and has all the commodities, the beds very comfortably, the area is very quiet and safe, the welcome of the landlord was amazing. She was very helpful and kind. Definitely, I recommend this apartment, and if I come back, I will rent again.

A great apartment within easy walking access of the city centre. Wendy met us on arrival and she was superb - super friendly even helping us with out luggage. She showed us around the apartment and gave us suggestions of places to visit and eat. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable for our family of 4. It had all the facilities we needed and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. A supermarket for any supplies need was literally just round the corner. We would highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay here again if visiting Edinburgh in the future.

We had a lovely week in an ideal location for some of the city's major attractions.

The property had every facility and was in an ideal location, with secure parking. We were met by our hostess on arrival and made to feel very welcome.

The host is superb! The apartment is clean and very comfy. The location is just within the city, a couple of minutes from Royal Mile and other great spots.

Perfect for Edinburg sightseeing

Perfect location: 15 min by walking from the Old Town and all the important logistic facilities, as well as restaurants or culture providers. What is however important and unusual that such a location ensures great comfort and silence (even when opened windows) as the building is located inside the backyard surrounded by other houses. Equipment of the flat is modern and fully satisfactory. Very clean in all aspects. The host has been very outgoing, friendly and flexible. In all conscience to be recommended for all who looks for quick access to Edinburgh history and calm recovery after...

Microoven would be appreciated sometimes when you need to prepare or warm up something quickly.

Excellently executed apartment.

It was absolutely excellent, the location could not fault as it was in walking distance to all the attractions. Parking was great and was greeted by lovely woman named Irene who was very kind and walked us around the flat and told us about the surrounding area. Local amenities are great and again within walking distance. My daughters enjoyed the WiFi which was fast. Overall it was superb in terms of quality and cleansing. Would give it a solid 9.7.

There was nothing not to love about this apartment. Central to everything one way you have the heart Edinburgh and the other way you have Arthur's Seat. We enjoyed our stay, everything we needed we had. As well as parking which was a massive bonus. We will be back.

Excellent apartment in great location

The apartment was fantastic, just as described. The host was brilliant, she emailed in advance to arrange how to collect the keys and responded really quickly to a question I had. The apartment is in a quiet location (great for those of us that struggle to sleep in noisy places) but close enough to everything (about a 20 minute walk to the Royal Mile, 15 minutes walk to the bottom of Salisbury Crags) making it really convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment near the centre of Edinburgh with the most loveliest host I’ve ever met.

Wendy, the host, kept in touch and organised to meet us at the property at the arranged time. She was very welcoming, helpful with information and places to go to in Edinburgh. She was very friendly and kind too and advised if we had any problems to message her at anytime.

Everything was perfect. There was honestly nothing we didn’t like.

Loved Edinburgh and the Royal mile pubs and apartment was also close to parks.

Very convenient location with excellent parking close to centre of Edinburgh. Good supermarket branches (Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury) nearby as were Scottish Museum, Holyrood and Royal Palace. Very well appointed apartment in quiet courtyard setting off Pleasance. Flowers and chocolate freebies were greatly appreciated.

No microwave in kitchen otherwise perfect accomodation for three adults,

Perfect!

Such a perfect location, within walking distance of everything we could have needed. Wendy was so lovely too, she met us on our first day and made sure we knew where we were on the map then gave us some recommendations of things to do. The apartment was stunning and very modern, it was so clean and tidy. Really couldn’t fault it and hoping to return again.

I loved the location, it was perfect for those wanting to be central in the city centre without the bussle and noise of it. The allocated parking is safe and adequate for a family sized 4-door saloon. The apartment is very well equipped with all mod cons and all things required to feel at home.
