Wonderful guesthouse with very kind hosts

It was a lovely room, everything was very clean and the owners were really nice and up for a chat. Stuart had some good recommendations for food and a pub. They were easy to reach and were happy to help. We slept really well! Oban was an amazing place. We would recommend that you stay at least 2 nights, because it’s a beautiful place. We went horse riding and that was also amazing.

I had not read the follow up information and was not aware of the car park spot that the host can arrange. I should have read it, because there was no more spaces left! It's a great place, just remember to contact the host if you need this!

Very nice property and good value for the money!

Jacqueline and Stuart were very accommodating hosts. They answered all of our questions and allowed us to park our car in the back of the property during our stay and even for a few ours after we checked out as we explored Oban. They provided togo breakfast bags in the morning and drinks in our room each evening. Our spacious room on the first floor was one of the nicest we had during our 12 day stay in the UK. Would definitely stay at Rose Villa again!

Jacqueline and her husband were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. My husband and I will definitely stay here again. I will recommend the rose villa to friends and family. We also had a parking space.

Lovely stay in Oban

Lovely, lovely place. Host Jacqueline was so friendly and welcoming, she even allowed me to check in early. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and the style and quality of the decor and furnishings exceptional. The mini fridge was very handy as was the Irn Bru and Tunnocks! A very special place to stay

Great guest house with everything you require for a break away in Oban.

Rose Villa is in a great location only a short walk to centre. Our room was spotless very comfortable with everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful and friendly . I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return.We stayed on a room only basis but lots of places for breakfast on your doorstep.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, with lovely new towels. Friendly, helpful hosts. Short walk into the shops/restaurants of Oban

Spotlessly clean and great location for our needs. Hosts were very friendly and willing to help in any way.

The only reason I did not give a 10 for this guest house was that the ensuite in the twin room was challengingly small. Having said that, it worked fine for myself and my friend.

Enjoyable stay in an excellent guest house

Our stay at Rose Villa Guesthouse was a treat. It's conveniently located in Oban near the center and waterfront, the room was charming, clean and comfortable and our hosts were absolutely lovely. They were interested in our stories and helpful with suggestions what to do in town and where to eat.

The room was very nice and comfortable

The room was lovely. I had this gorgeous deep bathtub - what a luxury.

Unfortunately, I was in the room next to the front door, so I heard everyone (and every noise) coming and going.
