Our one-week stay in this hotel was enjoyable and all the young staff working in this restaurant on the second floor was friendly and helpful especially Miss結衣 who was very professional, welcoming and helpful. I took my hat off to her.
Unfortunately, this wonderful experience got destroyed all of sudden, while we were enjoying our last coffee in this space on the ground floor overlooking this stunning garden after we checked out, there was this senior female staff came and almost like scolding us saying “hurry up”, not “hurry up please” because she was closing up the space, It was very rude. We felt like we were treated unfriendly. You don’t hurry up your guests even after they check out.
In a high-end hotel like your hotel, it was a bit off for us and leaving not so pleasant experience in the end.

The private onsen inside of the room was absolutely lovely. Everything was clean and the room was more spacious than I was expecting it to be. Breakfast had a lot of interesting seafood options, but also croissants, fruit, and yogurt were available. Even some little desserts were displayed in a refrigerated case. Only stayed for one night, but wish I could've stayed for longer!
The only qualm I had was that the beds were not the most comfortable I've slept in. The onsen inside the room made up for this though, especially since I was only here for one night. It wasn't bad enough to affect the overall opinion of my stay.

The service was excellent. As was the setting and the facilities. It was a beautiful hotel and I would recommend to others. The private onsen was worth every penny! The room was spacious and luxurious.
I think the food at the blue seasons could have been a little bit better. It was quite expensive for what it was and not all dishes were high quality. For example, we had a cooked fish course that was overcooked and chewy.

We stayed in a western suite with in-room onsen which was soooo lovely. One thing I think the hotel has not advertised enough is that hotel residents can use the public onsen of this hotel as well as that of the neighbouring hotel, which was absolutely a pleasant surprise and little adventure for us.
The breakfast was also amazing with a wide variety of selection of (mainly traditional local) food made to very high quality.
The staff members are also very professsional and helpful - even though most of them are not English speakers the communictions did not became an issue for us.
The room was heated by air-conditioning (rather than heaters) so was quite dry and not very warm.. But was still overall very comfortable.
On our arrival we struggled to find the entrance with Google Map directions but this was not really the hotel's fault.
