最高の旅でした。友人にもすすめたいです。

とにかくお食事が美味しかったですし、お部屋から見える海がとても素敵でした。客室露天風呂からも景色が素晴らしく本当に癒されました。是非また行きたいです。

good hotel with good room but no dinner

Good location and very good room indeed

No diner available for me even I am happy to pay . I have to walk to next door 5 start hotel.luckily they charge me 6000 Yen per person I could have a dinner buffet. Really need to find a way to feed your own customers otherwise they will book next door hotel for basic food requirement.

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of different choices and even fresh chicken ramen, fresh sashimi and variety of fruits and yoghurt. Rooms were comfortable. Recommend ocean view for best view! Easy to get to from Hakodate on public transport although it does take a while so stay there as long as you can. Staff were very friendly and kindly helped organise a taxi to get to the train station in the early morning.

Nothing to dislike about this hotel. Highly recommend staying here if wanting an onsen onsite and good breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff, clean room, and good location.

The breakfast is farely good and location is perfect as we chose a room with ocean view.

More power points for charging would make our stay more convenient.

Excellent facility but it is very popular with nearby countries.

Fabulous location. The view from the lobby is awe inspiring...especially in winter when there is snow on the beach. Definitely spend the money on an ocean view room, it is worth it.

Unfortunately our neighbours were very loud and had a party in their room until 3am. The night manager came at my request to ask them to cease the party at midnight, but they refused. The buffet is excellent, but again, the guests that stay from nearby countries do not follow Japanese protocol so it is a bit push and shove to get through the buffet.

The meals were splendid and so was the view from the restaurant and the lobby. Helpful and kind staff.

Its a lengthy tram ride or a shorter but less frequent bus ride away from all the attractions.

Our room was very clean and cozy. Good and spacious onsen. Super generous buffet offerings.

After arriving at the airport we tried calling the front desk to ask for directions, but the only thing they responded was “No English” which seems a bit rude, though it might not be their intentions.

The breakfast is one of the best I`ve ever had in 16 years in Japan. Worth to pay even just for that. Suggest the room with rotenburo.

had a great time and would definitely be staying for a third time

this is the second time we stayed here and we highly recommend the room with an open air bath; very relaxing and listening to the waves at night while soaking is an experience😃 the food selection is great and delicious

a shuttle bus from the airport and station would really help travellers

Happy to stay there again

Unlike many hotels of this type in Japan, that used to be grand and now are somewhat dated, this was very well upgraded. Great public spaces, public bath and restaurant. Only the room was a bit dated (except the bathroom, which was great). Also, the buffet was very good. Great ocean view from the room, baths and restaurant.

In-room Onsen with ocean view, sleeping with ocean sound. Futon/Bed very comfortable. I slept like a baby. Breakfast and dinner buffet was definitely top quality. There is bus stop next to the hotel, from there you can easily reach the mainstation

Nice hotel, good view, fantastic onsen, friendly staffs.

In-room outdoor bath with ocean view is very nice. Both onsen on 4F and 7F are very cool and relax.

Room is a bit small but it is typical Japanese hotel room.
