Great Location
Room in basement. Key was for front door and our room. Musty smell. Cobwebs in room and dusty lampshades. Maserator toilet noisey. Late booking so wasn't much choice.

It was a nice hotel in a well situated area.
On booking.com the room was reserved for £45 but when I arrived I was charged £60, then when inquired I was told thr price was £60 but still on the booking.com app it still said £45.
I also got a drink from the bar and paid with a £10 note which I know for sure, as I just recently went to the cash machine and I were short changed by £5 again when queried I was fobbed off. I FOR CERTAIN WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!

A warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was lovely with gorgeous sea views. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

It was front of the beach and the pier was just a short walk away.
One of the bedroom downstairs had cobweb all over the wall. Carpet is very old on both rooms and one of the bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling . I was told not to bring any food in the rooms. Too expensive for a hotel like that condition.
3.8
It was cheap
No decaf coffee option available. Tv in the room was a little dodgy the remote could not turn it on or off so I had to switch the power on and off at the wall.

Excellent location for the centre of Llandudno, the pier and eateries. Good view of the promenade and pier from our room. Staff were really helpful. Helped us in with the luggage, explained fully about breakfast times, new towels, front door locking operation etc. Really helpful without being too "in your face". Lovely stay there.
Good value for money and accommodation is exactly as described on website.
Nothing negative to say.

Great price, great location right on the seafront. Small single room but clearly newly refurbed with USB sockets next to the bed and a big new shower.
Seagulls start at about 4am! Not the fault of the property of course. Earplugs might be an idea.

The staff were great but the facility wasn't the best at all. The bar/restaurant area was nice but some work was being undertaken and a little bit messy. Location was great.
No parking advice. Basement room wasn't great but at £85 for the night, we weren't expecting the Ritz. Shower gels dispensers weren't working. Damp on the ceiling (could have painted it).

Room Size was excellent, we even had a spare bed. The location was very good, very close to everything. WIFI was also good, rooms were clean. Sea view was very nice. Staff were very nice except one.
The fact that you were not allowed to eat in the room despite there being no signs any where in the room or hotel saying you can't eat.
We brought a pizza into the room & were told off for this & threatened that if we made a mess or damage anything with food stains we will have to pay for this. This spoiled our stay there by the tone we were spoken in, as if we were criminals.
The lift was very old fashioned & could do with an upgrade.
Our door would not close properly unless you slammed it very hard which was not good if we returned home late because it would disturb everyone.
The shower was also very small.

Place very clean . Love the seats out the front by the prom. And close to the pier and town . Owners are very friendly.

Location
Very dated room, bathroom was updated tho, bed was so old and uncomfortable, had springs sticking out, felt dirty and smelt. Door on room had no catch so had to lock with key to stop it opening. Main door we were given a code which turned out to be wrong so spent a lot of time trying different combinations before we got in. Didn't see any staff after we booked and no other guests.

Located right on the promenade, friendly host even offered to tumble dry my coat on arrival (it was pouring with rain). Can’t comment on breakfast because room only. Room was clean, very comfy bed, complimentary tea/coffee topped up daily. Good value for money
