The workers was behaving so rude

Perfect location near the S-Bahn station. Good breakfast for good money.
We had windows to the street, so it was rather noisy during night. The furniture was old and some not in a good condition - especially the extremely dirty cushion on a chair.

The price and the location are very good. The rooms are spacious, the walls newly painted. The furniture is old, but acceptable for the price. There was a construction site in the building so this was slightly annoying but there were no works during the weekend (and no noise), so it was fine.

Good location but our room was located at on Construction site sometimes very noisy.
Hotel located on a site under construction

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, decent beds, great location & secure (if a little complicated) parking.
Internet didn’t work at all.

Clean, very friendly personal

Staff was friendly, sheets and towels are clean, it has warm water, location is nice.
walls are really dirty, carpet is dirty, wifi connection is too weak to connect, the entrance is hard to find.
3.5 / 5.0
Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.
Hard to park the car, very busy area with few spaces. Also, the building is undergoing renovation at the moment so the balcony was unavailable due to scaffold, the windows were covered with foil. It's gonna be better once the works have been completed.

Not much to like here. Location is not far from S Bahn. Thats all. I have never been to worse place.
Horrible hotel, dirty, dusty, loud, bad sound proofing, old furniture and for that very expensive. Friday evening very loud on the street with street racers. In the mornings reconstruction of hotel starts from 6:30. First day NO HOT water. Second day we got ROBBED by the cleaning woman! Nobody cared. Staff is just careless, they don't even greet the guests. Breakfast is in range for homeless people.

The area was OK.
I had used underwear and socks stolen from my locked room!!! There is a huge security problem here as the housekeepers claim they saw the missing bag of laundry as they left the room. The hotel has made no attempt to resolve this issue even though I was assured by the receptionist upon check out that my emails would be responded to the same day. They treated me like an idiot, telling me to go and check under the bed. Unless you wanted to leave feeling violated I would definitely not stay here!!

Beds were excellent.
Located close to S and U bahn.
Showerhead was not too nice.

The room was clean and the hotel is located in a nicely connected area. Breakfast met our expectations. Overall, we are fully satisfied. The value for money is great.
The pillow was a bit soft, the room was not so quiet.

The hotel was under renovation. Breakfast was east block league. The buns were like from the day before. Near to restraunts, s Bahn, trains and busses.

It was very close to the city centre. It says 5 kilometer on the website which is correct but you are where you need to be very quickly as there are two metro stations with a lot of directions nearby.
Also the environment was quiet.
The breakfast was good for what you pay for. Not as in a fancy hotel but there is bread, cereal, some fruit, yoghurt, different cheeses and meat, vegetables and cake.
If I would go to Berlin again I would go to this hotel as you have what you need for a good price.
Two small improvements I would make
- the pillows of the bed were not comfortable, they seem old
- it could be a bit cleaner in the room

This hotel had some pluses. The location was great (very close to the U Bahn and S Bahn, lots of restaurants), the shower pressure was good, the breakfast was pretty good (standard bread roll/sliced meat/cheese, veggies and yogurt plus coffee and juice) and the room was a true triple with three real beds
A few things really impacted our stay. 1. THERE WAS ONLY ONE KEY. The rooms are actually in the building next door to the lobby, so you need to unlock the outside door,an inside door and the room door every time. There was literally only one key so if we split up,we had to call the other person to come down and let us in. The lobby was only open til 21:30 so you could not leave the single key with them for the other person 2. The entire building was under construction with scaffolding outside our windows that had workers there starting at 7:30 am. So much for sleeping in. 3. The Booking.com listed that the hotel would provide a street parking permit for a vehicle. This is no longer true, they now have a lot that costs 15€/day. I suggest parking at Contipark in the Wilma mall nearby for 10€ but we were not happy about the change in agreement

The shower and the bathroom in general, the staff, the location.
The breakfast was good for people who love English breakfast. But for people who love sweet breakfast with croissant and cakes, it was not suitable enaugh.
The double bed was formed by two single beds

Very comfortable bed, good hot shower, simple but good breakfast, hotel very close to the station.
Very old building and under renovation.
3.5 / 5.0
Location, check-in process and breakfast was very good, specially at the price point. Beds need to be upgraded, the blankets definitely need to be changed and the carpets are just old and faded (and probably not too clean).
Overall, decent enough for an overnight stay.
Beds, blankets and carpet is too old and musty. I don't really need a TV but did not expect to find an old wonky CRT unit.

It was very cold

The mattresses were heavenly. I was sleeping like a baby. And my back felt very well and not cramped.
The room has quite an old timey feel and smell. Not my cup of tea.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I could recommend this place for foreigners who are looking for affordable place to spend weekend in Berlin. Location is very decent: lots of bars and cafes, just a few minutes to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations.
My bed frame was wobbly and very squeaky (but mattress was okay). Building's facade was under renovation. Fortunately, it wasn't a big problem for me since I spent only one night here.

Location was ok, in a vibrant neighbouthood with all that you need in proximity.
Room looks way worse than in pictures and smaller, dirty, sheets smelled like an ashtray, no staff, on the website they say they give you a street parking ticket for free, but on location they said they didn't have one. Very dodgy in general, would never recommend.
3.5 / 5.0
The location was ok, near train and underground station (5-6 stations distance between the hotel and most attractions)
The room was cleaned everyday
The bed was comfortable
In our room were 2 wall mirrors
The breakfast was poor, not so many options.
The towels were never changed (our stay was 3 nights)
