Sehr zentral gelegen in Swakopmund. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Liebevoll gestaltete Frühstückspension. Von außen unscheinbar, innen top, wie der Name schon sagt

Perfect stay in Swakopmund. 2 nights there.

The owner is really nice. She gave us a lot of recommendations and we had a nice talk. Definitely we would come back. We were there for two nights. The room has a nice decor, it's big and the bathroom as well. The rest of the guesthouse is confy and it feels like grandma's house, with some books, a some sofas! They have a nice breakfast. The location of the guesthouse is perfect, in the city center and on a calm street. We could park our car on a safe park. See you soon! Pedro and Maria, from Portugal and Angola.

Maybe the breakfast hours could be a bit more extended.

Wunderbare kleine Oase in unmittelbarer Laufnähe zum Jetty

Wunderbarer Garten im Innenhof, den man von außen nicht vermutet. Wir hatten eine sehr große, schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen/ Sitzgelegenheiten Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Inhaberin. Gutes Frühstück. Nette Gemeinschaftsräume zum Lesen, abends oder wenn es mal kühl ist.

Superb

Good location, really comfortable bed (real double bed, not just 2 single beds put together), the host was very helpful and suggested good places to eat and provided us with a good breakfast to take with us in the morning (we had an activity in Walvis Bay that started really early - go kayaking with the seals, one of the best activities we did in Namibia).

Doesn’t have a pool, but since it was cloudy we didn’t miss it!

Sensational Secret Garden!

Lovely range of breakfast foods to cater for all tastes, whether hot or cold food desired.

Bathroom and shower area although spacious was very, very slippery with the slightest hint of moisture/damp or condensation. A non-slip mat inside shower & outside would be a great help to reduce risk of falls or injury.

Wonderful

A cozy nook in Swakop. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Mind that the room was quite cold and damp even with the heater, so towels don’t really get dry, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere at breakfast is peaceful, and the food and service was great. On our last day they prepared a breakfast bag to go, since our departure was early morning, - very nice. Big thanks to the whole team!

Wonderful stay

The Secret Garden was absolutely ideal! Amazing price quality value. It is very safe and close to the main street. The place looks small from outside but then you enter a lovely cosy house and a beautiful patio garden. The room was perfect and very nice, also had a kitchen which is always practical when traveling with kids. Had a very Marta's Vineyard feeling. All very clean and comfortable. Inga and her team are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Inga suggested some great restaurants and sat with us to explain what we must see. She also organised the best tour operators to go sand boarding (big success!), do a catamaran tour at Walvis Bay (exceptional!) and ride quats. They also offer an amazing and very generous breakfast! Car park surveillance at night. Can only recommend this wonderful find!

Happy to stay again at Secret Garden

Great location in the heart of Swakopmund. High-Speed Internet for Calls & Zooms sessions, super friendly staff, nice Kitchen and a good selection for breakfast. Also Security Service during the night which makes you feel save & comfort. Car is watched by the night security. It's not a luxury accommodation, but it's super nice in the small details.

Don't come back again.

the receptionist (not the owner) was very friendly and warm. Breakfast and beds were excellent.

The toilet was not working and it was acted as if this was our fault. While there was absolutely no pressure. The owner was very unkind.
