Perfect location, great breakfasts and evening martinis, wonderful staff
4.1
Breakfast and martinis were awesome! Will who attended to us for martinis was exceptional with his service!
The bathroom was way too small and the bedroom didn’t need too many couches … made it too tight to move around.

First off, the absolute pleasure and first welcome by Miracle was full of enthusiasm and certainly welcoming. As first timers to the Casablanca, this was so comforting. The room has two entrances and a balcony with comfortable chairs looking at the water. The bathroom had jack and Jill sinks and a power washer shower system. This was a great bonus as we are kayakers and walkers. The bed was absolutely enormous and comfortable. The Nero Cafe and Tiny Martini were both absolutely fantastic. The Nero's breakfast menu is absolutely delicious ; especially the breakfast bowl. The Tiny Martini is now my favorite bar in St. Augustine, thanks to one person, Patrick. Friendly and down to earth . He is the heart of the Tiny Martini. Full of recommendations and stories ; he absolutely made you feel at home.
Three bonuses that we appreciated and added to the praise we give this place are the parking. They have their own designated parking spots. This was great because parking can cost 20-25$ per day, so that saved us well over 120$. Secondly, we received a daily Martini voucher for the Tiny Martini, and every drink we had was better than the last. My two personal favorites were the lemon and the kiss on the lips. Thirdly, we also received vouchers for the Nero for the breakfast menu. It's absolutely delicious.. Those potatoes.
The location and view were absolutely wonderful , and we are fully confident in recommending this place.
The one and only thing that I couldn't appreciate ( this my personal preference) is the large chair in the corner. I couldn't open the closet door all the way, and with the chair being big and bulky, I wasn't about to attempt to move it.

Close to everything. The martini and breakfast were excellent.

Everything from the room, their shower that’s like a car wash like a human car wash lol the porch with the rock and chairs you could bring your pet complementary continental breakfast is amazing so many things to choose from. Also, you get a complementary martini from the Tini martini bar that’s connected to it. That’s very very popular and Saint Augustine Everything the girl Miracle at the front desk is the best. The manager at the front desk is the best service is great there’s really nothing I can complain about there’s nothing wrong with the place. Oh great great great location to everything everything.
I loved everything

Location was excellent... walking distance to lots of restaurants and fort. Good breakfast and 1 free drink per person for each night stay at the Martini Bar. Nice balcony seating area but it was a little cold to stay outside too long...would be nice in the spring or summer time.
Parking was about a little over a block away and the driveway in the back where you park temporarily to check in is very small if you have a truck or bigger car. The room had too many large pieces of furniture so it was a little tight moving around in the room. The portable heater/AC unit was very loud so finally had to cut it off so we could get some sleep. The only outlet that worked well was in the bathroom to charge my phone; other outlet I tried, the plug kept falling out. Room was dark as only the 2 lamps worked in the room. Be sure to flush water well in bathroom sink, as it was blackish gray when I originally turned it on because apparently the room was not used in a while.

The rooms were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the included breakfast and martini per day and night per person. Very good deal.
Nothing all was good

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
Can’t think of any negative things to say.

The place is in the center of everything.

This is such a beautiful historic place to stay.
Our room was so special - it felt like sleeping in a room of a castle. Everything was so crispy clean and prepared with love. The beds were beds for queens/kings :-). The beddings/linings were high quality cotton and mattresses firm but soft topping. Our terrace was so spacious and it was wonderful to sit there and relax.
Breakfast is included and delicious - our server Joe was great. We sat on the porch and admired the beautiful holiday atmosphere (Christmas).
Parking space is included and just a short walk away from the Hotel.
We are so happy to have stayed here in beautiful St. Augustine. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else…!
Thanks to all the staff at the Casablanca Inn!
Other guests smoking on their terrace.

Breakfast was good and the location was great
Their cable didn't have the channels I wanted
4.1
It was conveniently located. The staff was so friendly, and it had so much decor to make you feel all the Christmas cheer.
Only one thing I didn’t like is that when you want to turn the lights off the ceiling fan went off with it

Breakfast excellent. Charm throughout the old "village" area w great shops/pretty good restaurants.
Facilities need major upgrading..specifically bathroom and A/C. ( noisy window unit near my bed pillow. Shower Hot water lasts 3 min. MAX. Bathroom Tile in poor shape: floor & Tub.)
Go for the historic charm. attractions at great price. FYI.....get Upper room....small road noisy w revelry till 1am....sometimes.
Great staff, very service, free drinks/breakfasts)
Lotta walking/Stairs. Don't go in in summer!

Perfect location. Reception great customer service. Bed very comfortable.
We stayed in room 2, next to the kitchen. Awoke by rowdy kitchen staff at 7am. Loud, cursing.

The room was very cozy and historic for the location. The breakfast was delicious that is included with the room, and the two martinis included as well were a nice treat after a day of sightseeing! The staff was very friendly. We had a great 20th anniversary trip!
The room had a musty smell... but seeing the age of the building that was to be expected! Also, the bathroom area by the tub and the tile where the two meet, there was some little parts of the caulking that kept chipping when the water hit it. Also, the wall unit of the air conditioner was behind the wood shutters which made it tricky to get the air to get through properly... even with these few things we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Parking was difficult. Lot is several blocks away.

Location was superb. Facilities were old, but bathroom was super updated. It was quaint and a fun experience.

The complimentary Breakfast was great as well as the 2 complimentary cocktails. The location was great as well as the room. The whole place has an awesome antique charm about it.
Could use a coffee maker and a mini fridge in the room we were in. I had to use the ice bucket filled with ice to keep my diabetic meds chilled over night

They have a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch until 3pm. You use your voucher for the standard breakfast or order anything and they take $11.00 per person off the menu. Additionally they have a martini bar and give a complementary martini for each night you stay. Our balcony overlooked Charlotte Street and was perfect for people watching. Awesome experience!
I liked the Irish bar next door but the music was loud and couldn't nap during the day.

Love the Martini Bar! Like the free breakfast. The rooms are unique and comfortable. Located in the center of everything and it's the only place we stay when on St. Augustine.
Not a damn thing!😂
4.1
I loved the location. It will great just walking everywhere.
I dislike that I paid over $300 and only got to pick from 4 house drinks. For $300, you should get to pick any of the martinis. I don't drink house liquor ever so those free drinks were not used. You should be allowed to pick any martini on your menu for the price that i paid to sleep in your bed.
4.1
location, restaurant was amazing for a small martini bar.
everything was great, better than expected. Just wish parking was better, but it is good for this city. they do have dedicated parking area for guests without having to go to public parking area.
