Won't be back there!!

Location

No food. No bar. Ice machine on 4th floor. We were on the 1st. Room was similar to a motel 6, but at a 4 star hotel price!!

This will not be my Choice of Hotel ever again.

Room was very clean, hallway was a disaster.

Staffing at check in was poor, only one person checking guests when the hotel was sold out. Lobby/breakfast area was a complete **** show. there were cartons of who knows what stacked in area, there were actually mattresses line up against the wall.

If the hotel wasn’t in such a great spot I would of left Saturday but it wasn’t what we expected

I liked how close it was to everything. The lady that checked us in Friday was very nice and helpful .

The room stunk, the fridge didn’t work. The door stopper was broken inside the wall. The shower was very weak. No curtains or nothing. Water all over the floor. The lady at the front on Saturday was rude. Asked about the bar/restaurant and she didn’t seem to like that I asked about it. Didn’t feel safe sleeping there at night, no one at the front and no key to get in the front. Also charging for parking is kind of weird since we’re staying there

It was a very disappointing experience.

Location

One of the beds did not have sheets. Asked for sheets and had to undo and make up the bed myself. Three towels for four people. Had to ask for more. Asked for sheets for pull out bed and was told we could only have the fitted sheet for it. The tub would not drain during shower so you had to stand in several inches of water while trying to shower. Not a pleasant way to shower. Housekeeping never came to freshen room.The price of the room was too high for the experience we had.

False advertising

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything.

The front desk was very rude. My daughter asked for towels for her room so they all could shower (4 paying people in that room) she first refused, then made my daughter go get the dirty wet towels from the room and then only gave her 1 in return for 4 people and said they would bring the rest and they never came. Also, they state they have breakfast they no longer offer that as of 2 weeks ago, but still advertising it! The website states a gym. There was a gym, but now they taped the name plate, and it's beening used as storage. We came with family that had their own room with 4 adults, and they were charged to park their 2nd vehicle which I thought was ridiculous they don't even leave in the same household so why would they drive together??

Great location! Very nice hotel!

We like staying at the Villa Victor due to the location of the property to the Old Town and other places that we like to go when we are staying in St. Augustine. It's always clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. It's a great place to stay!

Nothing really - everything met our expectations, as usual!

The property was in walking distance to downtown.

I didn’t like how their shower was not properly working. it would take a while for water to go down the drain. They even charged me twice for parking once online and another time before leaving.

you pay for the location, the rooms are super basic and not really where you’d want to spend a lot of time. I’m a nursin

very close to the historic district. loved that we could park for free at our hotel then walk to everything

outdated rooms. dirty ring around the tub. cleaning was questionable

location was good.

while this is an older property, the condition was poor. paint peeling, plants in bad shape, elevator did not work properly, towels in room was threadbare with holes, hotel had a bad odor and staff were rude and indifferent.

Great location for historic district !

Great location, good parking, clean facilities

3 of our 5 days stay, we came back to room late in the afternoon and room had not been made up.....when left in morning, rooms were being done. Desk apologized and sent someone up while we were at supper but surprised happened multiple times

The location was very good. Parking was good also.

There wasn't any breakfast. The bar was never open. Checking in was very uncomfortable, felt like an interview. NEVER anyone around to ask questions. Definitely won't be going back

The location was great and the facility was clean, but it was definitely a no frills experience!

There could have been more guest services (i.e., breakfast, complimentary coffee in lobby area). Also, the selection in the “store” was limited and items looked as if they had been on the shelf awhile. It was sparsely stocked. There was never anyone at the front desk. We never saw anyone manning that area as we passed in and out of the lobby area over our two-day stay. At check-in we had to keep saying “hello, is anyone here?” multiple times to get a person to the front desk.

Customer service, elevator broken we stayed on 3rd floor, ice machine broken. Paid alot to stay for 2 days and was very disappointed with one lady checkin in not friendly almost seemed like we were an inconvenience when we needed to purchase items from the store shop. All in all not a good experience

Very bad attention from the employees, especially the one at the reception, they do not answer the phone even when they are at the desk, the elevator was broken and the restaurant said it was open and it was a lie, it does not work and the ladies at the desk are very rude. I do not recommend it and apart They took more money from my card

Poor

When checking in, I was told my booking never came through, even though I over heard her tell another staff member they overbooked. I asked for a discount because even though I made the reservation two months in advance she said she didn’t have the room available. The only discount I got was free parking, but I was given a double queen room instead of a king room and expected to pay the full amount. She was very cold, very rude. I tried my best to be optimistic but it was apparent the hotel overbooked and then did not want to own up to their mistake.
