Excellent location in the heart of the historic district. Walking distance to many historic sites.

The view was perfect!
The balcony needs some renovation in some rails were broken. Microwave would be a nice addition. There were some small ants finding their way onto coffee bar.

Had a balcony room facing the bay, the view was spectacular. The location could not be better
Was not pleased with the parking situation but I guess the location limits parking. The bed was uncomfortable resulting in a back ache each morning. The heating/cooling was not working well resulting in some hot nights

From the minute we booked the room, through numerous calls to just get simple answers leading up to the trip, from the minute we drove up, until we pulled away…… everything was fabulous. Great people, great property

We were informed breakfast would be an additional $30 per person on top of the $414 we paid, not to mention the $30 to park the car
The room was at least 85 degrees upon arrival (the thermostat was set for 65). The front desk did send someone to fix it, but still took a long time to reach anything near comfort in the room. Guests shouldn't have to track down maintenance for something this basic.
The shower was beautiful however the only access to the handle to turn on the water was to get IN the shower, and stand in the freezing water till a comfortable temp was dialed in. Worst shower design possible. Usually there is access to the handles to turn on the water by sliding the door and just sticking your hand in while you wait OUT of the water.

it was one of the most beautifully lit hotels during the Christmas holiday. Our balcony was lit up and overlooked the street below. The river and Lions Bridge was our view.

The location was fantastic… right on the bay front and in the historic district. Walk to all
The property had very limited amenities. Also, the rooms were very moldy, had issues with coughing and allergies. Pillows were not good, woke up with a stiff neck
