Lovely place

The room was great! We enjoyed having a seperate sleeping area and a lounge area. Amazing value for money. The area was cute. Everything you need nearby. Bob was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Small things, that were managable, but maybe a more fkexible breakfast, where you can choose each item ( easier with picky eaters), and a "do not disturb" sign for the door.

Friedly and helpul manager, Great location, But....

Friendly and helpful staff. Good balconey view, Breakfast was decent.

My air con broke (I hear it's common in Thailand hotels). They tried to fix it the same day, which was great but it failed again. The room had a fan but the last two days were very uncomfortable. I'd say the hotel is slightly overpriced compared to all my other hotels in Thailand (2 months travel). But then again it's an expensive area with the luxury hotels next door. Really depended on your budget.

Nice, peaceful hotel

Chor Chang is a really lovely little place, I wish we stayed more than one night! The room was nice and clean, with a lovely view of the garden. There is a good sized pool set amongst the gardens. The owner, Bob, was very friendly and gave us some good advice about the area and sorted our taxi to catch a ferry. Check in and check out was very straightforward, and the reception staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good and is served most of the day. Nice coffee too! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, no complaints here.

Superb

Great location, just 5 min walk to Choeng mon beach and nearby restaurants and massages. A beautiful and quiet territory with a lot of trees and plants. There is a pool, not too large, but enough to refresh on a hot day. A nice house with everything you need for your stay. The staff was great and very helpful.

Advantage of kitchen and we being vegetarian could cook our food. Require a Scooty to stay here. Good size bedroom, living room and patio. Value for money. Need to go around 5 KM for Chewang Area.

Reception work from 8 am to 8 pm and there is no main gate or night security guard, though they told us that area is safe and there have no security issue. Feels like you are all alone. Pool is just for name sake.

A very comfortable stay and would definitely stay there on my next visit to Samui.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great and very comfortable. I liked that the living space and bedroom were on different floors. I loved the bed! I also had my dog with me and they were very accommodating.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Perfect location, helpful staff, very clean and spacious and made to feel very welcome! Area is fab!

Great location, we kindly got upgraded to a villa, great aircon, staff were great and very helpful with information, so many nice little touches and one of the nicest parts of Koh Samui. Easy access to the beautiful beach, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and a 24 hour supermarket within a 10 minute walk. You can also hire a motorbike directly across the road and it’s very reasonable. Very good cleaning service and were given bottled water every day and the option of fresh shampoo and conditioner.

Exceptional

The villas were really clean and the staff was very polite. Out of the way from the strip of shops ans very quiet. Can hear and see the ocean from our room. Room was massive too. There was slight issue with payment, but the manager sorted it out very quickly. Thanks Bob. Highly recommend, on a slightly quiter side of the island but short trip to the main areas. About 10 min from airport.

Great, friendly, value for money and spacious family stay.

As a family of 4 with two grown up / big children, we found the villas a perfect option to provide enough space for all of us. Location is a 5 min walk from Choeng Mon village and beach. it’s a nice little village, very friendly people who we got to know quite well. we stayed for 9 nights and found it a very good base point to explore other areas of the island. The staff at the property were very friendly, helpful and polite. A special mention to Bob the GM, who was very responsive to all our questions and helped us plan a number of trips. We would stay here again as it gave us a great value for money space and as long as you’re happy to walk and explore other areas, then it’s perfect. Thanks to Bob, all the CC staff and of course, WeWe the dog 😁

Nit particularly an issue for us, but it doesn’t have direct beach access and if your looking for that, then other options will be better. The beach is roughly a 6-7 min walk away.

relaxing place

- The place is immersed in a lot of very well kept vegetation. Nice to wake up with birds sounds! - very quiet and relaxing area. all guests are very respectful - perfect for couples and families - breakfast was also ok - staff is very kind. especially the two women working at the restaurant and Bob the manager.

- There was no hand soap. this should be included especially for Covid. quite disappointing to arrive after a long trip and not finding any soap - no replenishments of shower and shampoo products - shower isn’t great but understand this is the standard in a lot of places - there is no restaurant. booking.com shows this is a feature but it’s currently closed - the French owner made an unfortunate comment about areas where my partner could go and get a girl if we had an argument. understand this was meant as a “joke” but found it inappropriate.

beautiful place, very polite stuff, awesome breakfasts. Bob was very kind to explain everything what was around, where to go for swimming, where to buy everything. Also he did manage to extend our staying, though the hotel was quite full. And even provided the discount for that. Fantastic :) Thank you, Bob :) will definitely come back here

Nice and private bungalow in tropical garden with bedroom, living room, kitchen and private terrace. Motorbike rental opposite side of the road. All very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Such a great place to stay at. Just a few minutes away from the beach and some nice restaurants & bars. The hotel manager Bob is a really great guy who tries his best that all guests have great time! Highly recommended!

very nice place, clean, big room and comfortable bed. good location, you can reach the highlights of the island very easy from here by scooter. we also had breakfast two times there, food is delicious. the owner and his stuff are very friendly, always willing to help you with everything you need ( scooter advice, places to eat, transportation or transfer to other islands and daily trips) Highly recommend the place.

Location was 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. 10 min drive to airport. Room was great size, clean and modern with a nice balcony. Did not use or see the pool or bar. Booked last minute for one night and got a great price. Would highly recommend.

Hospitable and friendly owner and beautiful place

Amazing place and extremely friendly owner. We had an issue with checking in so he kindly upgraded us to a villa. He was always available to help and answer questions about anything. Gave us water and a fully equipped kitchen. Location is nice as you are surrounded by nature which sounds and looks incredible.

I highly recommend this place

Anyone who's read the previous reviews will find only praise for Bob the manager and no surprise then Bob was outstanding, keen to help with anything and everything. The resort was tip top, the Villa spacious and well equipped, the bed sumptuous -/ very unusual in Thailand. The pool was very well kept and didn't leave that nasty chemical residue in the mouth that most pools round here do. It's a tad short though, so if your planning on doing lengths be sure you'll do plenty! The resort was really peaceful yet less than 10 mins walk to the main beach road and about the same to the beach itself. Although the onsite restaurant and bar is closed (for now) there's a couple of restaurants very close by and plenty more on the beach and the beach road. Laundry service and motorbike rental opposite the resort.

I would have liked a bigger pool but unless you are a serious swimmer it's fine.

I enjoy my stay very much and can definitely recommend it :)

I was very happy with my stay at Chor Chang my room was very nice and clean! The staff is super friendly and always there to help. Within a 5 min walk there is a beautiful beach access and across the road is a very good Thai restaurant!
