Everything was perfect! The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable. The appliances were all brand new and the attention to detail was truly impressive. Highly recommended!

Welll appointed space with great light and an excellent location. Walking to Congress St. the Old Port and restaurants was easy.
Bed wasn't firm enough.

Amazing building and stay. The space was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a very comfortable time! I would love to go again.
The only thing that was inconvenient about our stay (which was not the hotel's fault) was the parking situation. We paid $70 for parking for 2 nights at a nearby parking garage. But besides that, everything was wonderful!

The place was very stylish and clean. They had great
coffee and service. I would definitely come back and recommend!
parking was a little difficult to find.

All my expectations were exceeded! We had absolutely ever We could have wanted or needed. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Very high end, clean design. I wish we could stay for a week!!!
nothing to dislike!

They didn't offer breakfast.
The parking situation was ridiculous. When renting a unit like this, you should be provided with at least one somewhat convenient reserved parking spot. I spent crazy money to park and had long walks between my car and room. This is the single reason I won't be staying here again.

It was well located in the middle of Portland.
It looks pretty spacious in the picture, but it was really more like a hotel suite. There was no blanket for the sofabed, which we didn't realize until bed time, by which time there was no staff on premises. I called the phone number and a really nice guy offered to drive 45 minutes with a blanket, but that seemed a) too much to ask and b) too late for the delivery. It should have been in the room whether or not they thought we needed it.

The room was spacious, immaculate and very modern yet comfortable. It's easy to find, right next to affordable, overnight parking, and is in a great spot to walk to Old Port. We booked last minute and got an amazing deal!

I found this wonderful apartment on Trivago and it exceeded my expectations. It was a better value than the local hotels and in a fantastic location close to Old Port and all the wonderful restaurants that are there. We were only in the city for 1 night so it was perfect! The place was very modern and comfortable as well. We did not have a need for the kitchen but it would be night to have if we were there longer.

location, and almost everything is first class.
no parking and pricy.

The apartment was exceptional. It was modern comfort in a stylish historic building. The location was great and we used the Fore Street garage which was very convenient. We will definitely return.
We were a little uncomfortable with the Flexipass entry. It worked great but I worried I might forget my phone in the apartment.
4.6
The location was the best. It was much better than staying at the crowded pier and easy to explore the neighborhood outside of the crowd.
It was very clean and everything felt pretty much brand new.
The heating system and the bathroom flushing were both very loud. The pull out bed was very thin and feeble. The sliding door of the bathroom was extremely difficult to open and close; needs mending.

As everyone has reviewed, the location in downtown is unbeatable, within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants. The apartment was well decorated with rustic contemporary items, all feeling new and in good shape. While we were there we never heard anyone else in the building.
1. The apartment floor wasn't clean. It's not super obvious because of the distressed wood finish, but when we wiped it with a wet paper towel it came away brown, as if it hadn't been mopped in a long time. This was not ideal since we had a crawling baby with us.
2. The communications wasn't the best. I requested the crib (offered in the reservation) for our stay but didn't get confirmation of it when I asked, but instead got several duplicate messages about how to check in. Also, less than two hours of our check-in, I got a call saying the blackout shades were broken and that we could find another place to stay if we wanted to—but it wasn't a realistic option for us, and it limited where we could put the baby's crib within the apartment.
3. The bed was extremely soft, which some people may like, but wasn't the most comfortable for our backs.
4. Despite the great decor, there was no dish rack.

great location - excellent location , very clean. Wonderful staff.
After rebooting the room key application- the guest key did not work. The guest bedroom ventilation was not as good as expected. The bathroom sink drain may need fixing.
4.6
clean and close to all the shops
parking was explained but need slightly more detail on how to get to garage

clean, quality, safe
no free parking but common in city
