Séjour agréable !

Le logement est bien placé. La cuisine commune est mignonne. La salle de bain est propre. Chaque chambre possède sa propre carte, on se sent en sécurité. C’est encore mieux que les photos de l’annonce, je recommande !

Good option but a bit expensive for what it is

Convenient location and very cosy bed

The room was directly on the street and just next to the building entrance hence was very noisy when people walked by on the pavement or when other guests came back to their rooms.

Comfy and cozy

The staff was lovely and made us feel welcome from the get-go! The shared kitchen and shower room were cozy and clean, and our private room had all the essentials; bed, toilet and TV.

Since it was an old building, we could occasionally hear heavy footsteps and the conversations of people walking by outside. The bed was also slightly too soft for our tastes, but overall our stay was very good!

Wonderful and comfortable.

The numerous furniture to leave clothes or coats was wonderful, as well as the sofas and sinks & toilets available in the rooms allowed for some privacy when travelling with colleagues.

It was slightly far from temple meads train station.

Think about the location before booking. OK otherwise

Very mixed feelings as I knew I was getting a basement studio but sadly not impressed Kitchen well equipped Bed very comfy but bedding smell 'stale' Did serve as a base for my event and that's about it Staff very responsive Surrounded by lots of places to eat

Location. About 15 mins walk from the main road & located in a very crowded street No table or even a chair so sat on the bed to eat. Really would help as there's lots of space Spiral steep stairs to basement and light only comes on when you're at the end. Very bad lighting. And difficult to manage with a bag All the pics show the other rooms

Ich würde niemals den Fehler machen in solche Unterkunfte zu buchen . Es war eine geschäft reise for eine nacht in Brist

Es hat keine die Tür aufgemacht , wir standen 1,5 std draußen , keine ist am Telefon gegangen um 19.30 ganz normale Anreise Zeit ! Wir sind in ein fremden Stadt gewesen wegen Geschafft könnten wir uns nicht mal fertig machen für den Termin ! Würde ich keinen empfehlen und das antun niemanden ! Ich möchte die volle Erstattung zuruck den ich habe bezahlt für einen Unterkunft der nicht mal existiert!

Nichts ! Keine Kommunikation , keine erreichbar, haben bezahlt für etwas was es nicht gibt .

It was fine for two nights and we did not need to spend time there. We were disappointed in the bed.

The room had a nice outlook with access to a garden (although it was the wrong weather and time of year to use this). The kitchen seemed clean and well equipped. The bathroom seemed clean.

On first entering the room looks very nice but we were disappointed to find the sheets were well used. They had some marks on them and seemed as if they had already been slept in. We found the mattress quite soft. The floor was not clean. The fridge noise at night is disturbing for a light sleeper.

I would not stay again.

I liked the bed , tv , kitchen.

I didn’t like the bathroom there wasn’t a key left to change over the tissue roll. the shower curtain stuck to you every time you showered. no toiletries . noisy upstairs and side room. poor customer service, i booked the booking prior not realised about the 50 pound deposit , called to do the desposit , the area had no signal to send a copy of my provisional for id , asked if i could connect to the wifi to be able to send the email was told to walk to the end of the road for signal in the cold and then had to drive and lose our spot on the road just cause we couldn’t connect to the wifi.

Confortável, tranquilo e limpo!

Ter os materiais necessários para cozinhar (louça, eletrodomésticos e condimentos essenciais, exceção do azeite). Quarto (cama+sofa) superam e expectativas. Casa de banho bastante limpa! Boa iluminação por toda a casa.

O lavatório fazia bastante barulho. Caixotes do lixo pequenos no geral. Não havia panos de limpeza da cozinha limpos para trocar.

fab location in Bristol and a nice comfortable retreat after a busy day out.

Lovely accommodation very comfortable and enjoyable. Nicely set out, stylish and clean. Enjoyed watching fireworks from the window as we were at the top! Would definitely return here for another stay, staff were extremely helpful and responsive.

Passable, but only just.

Location was central, shared facilities looked good, easy book in process.

My room was nothing like the photos. Very small room. Decoration was tired. Finish quite poor. Fittings on draughty sash window broken. Radiator not working. The area is very rundown.

Fabulous acommodation! Would stay there again!

Loved the peace and being able to have the windows open constantly as on top floor. Able to leave case at BlueMoon backpackers until checking in. Luisne a credit to your organisation...very patient and helpful going over and above to assist. Thankyou Luisne!!

Excellent except location, which has no bus or Vio access.

Everything very organized and very systematic.

There wasn’t a proper dustbin to throw out bigger garbage like beer bottles or food packs. I would suggest to add a sufficient size dustbins within the rooms.

The location is close to city centre and on street parking was readily available on the weekend.

Dirty coffee mugs, no milk to make coffee, bath tub leaked through to the downstairs kitchen and was not accessible during my stay.

Was fine overall! Overpriced but that's Bristol. Wouldn't stay again

Place was clean and tidy which is the main thing you want! Looked like the pictures. Sink and toilet in room were convenient instead of sharing the main bathroom. Mattress was comfy. Keypad and key card entry was handy. Staff were friendly and helpful over the phone and easy to get through to. Deposit was refunded without issue.

Leak in the corner of the room. Shower riser rail was broken so shower head fell down on my head while in use - shower cubicle was also impressively small for a large bathroom. Lumpy pillows and sash windows rattle in frame with the wind which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Bed takes up pretty much the whole depth of the room so you bash your shins into the wooden frame trying to squeeze past without knocking the TV with your body - impractical layout, we just climbed over the bed lol. And cleaner arrived at 10am when we were advised it would be after checkout at 11am, so felt a bit rushed in the morning.

The weather was bad , but very comfortable so we didn’t get to enjoy the garden .

There was a hairdryer and we were drenched after the rain , it was two pin which did not work in the bathroom this is England I would not of thought to bring a two pin plug

Superb

We stayed here before and again really enjoyed it. Location is great, the view is amazing, neighbourhood in general really nice, staff super friendly and helpful. Will come back and recommend for sure

- Upon arrival and when returning from day trips having left open the bathroom window only ( leaving the bedroom windows closed), the bathroom smelled very unpleasant. We think it might be related to the plumbing vent being located near that window? Once we realised that the smell only occurred when only the bathroom window was open, and we either left all windows open to create airflow or closed all windows, that weird smell did not come back anymore. - many times during our stay, people trying to check-in were standing outside the main door not knowing how to get inside. The place requires a deposit and ID photocopy before they send the unique door codes. Although the directions for this are provided by the place via email, they seem to get lost in all the booking.com communication - a better way to ensuring guests know how to get it would be helpful for sure!

Extremely expensive in the long run due to parking being located in a clean air zone.

The actual property was good. Clean, friendly and comfy.

We were not informed that the car park we had been directed to was in the clean air zone. We don’t live in Bristol and didn’t know about this or what parts needed a pass. We were charged £138 weeks later for something we’ve never experienced before and weren’t warned about. Given it’s already a trendy southern city our wallets already took a massive blow just from a one night stay, but with this unexpected fine I can now safely sat I wont visit Bristol again. This is a lot of money and some warning would have gone a long way, especially during a cost of living crisis. Also if you’re booking because you like the look of the patio room then make sure it’s free first.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped room with shared kitchen in handy location for good cafes and the centre.

Property was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed. Nice art about the place too. Staff super helpful too over the phone.

Ideal for our needs, will stay again.

The room was inviting and cosy, the facilities were great and the location was ideal.

Other guests in other rooms were noisy and inconsiderate. Shower head needs fixing.
