The location is near to the mall
The entrance and car park is too far. No one help to carry my luggage and stuff.
The receptionist are even worst, doesn’t know English at all. it’s very difficult to communicate.

Old and out of time
only location
3.5
The hotel is from Soviet Union times and keeps the style of our days, a very interesting place that likes history.
Stuff is very good, welcome, and ready to help.
The bed mattress was broken, I had a room in front of a 24/7 car washing place so it was noise. Wi-Fi is super slow.
5.0
I really liked the cleanliness in the hotel. It is very basic but it does the job for one night or two. Don't expect luxury or European Design standard, expect a bed to sleep in and basic private facilities. For architecture geeks like myself, this place is a gem like in a 1980's timewarp (to everyone else, there has been renovation in the rooms!) and lots of things are original Soviet including the whole design of the place, probably built for business visitors to the Rustavi Steelworks - check the mosaics in the lobby! For the price I paid, this place is a gem!
Noone in the reception spoke any English, communication had to be done in my very basic Russian, and the hotel's location is far from the city center. And there is no food in the hotel (take a walk to McDonald's, it's 800 meters down the street)

Room was clean and comfortable
The room doesn't have air-conditioning system
