No Internet service at my room at all. They did not fix it even after my complaints which makes me miserable

Staff were very helpful. The General Manager Mohamed Ragab, was very attentive and hands on, ensuring all guests had a pleasant experience and enjoyed their time at the property. Our suite was large and comfortable, with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a living room. The pool area was very enjoyable, with a waiter service and looked out onto the many feluccas and boats sailing past on the Nile. The Main restaurant was half indoors and half on the terrace, providing wonderful views overlooking the Nile. The entertainment facilities were an added bonus and we enjoyed many games of bowling with our children. The guest’s Experience Manager Monica, catered to our every need and ensured that we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel have their own private motor boat, which is a positive addition and Monica organised a private tour to tourist sites on the Nile, tailored to our interests. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are staying in Aswan.
Furnishings were a little outdated, but other than this, I could not fault this hotel.

The best place to stay in Aswan! We arrived on a Nile cruise and needed one night before flying back to Cairo. It was our 1-year wedding anniversary, so I wanted to surprise my wife. I walked to the hotel and arranged with them to have a champagne in the room. The staff were really nice, and while I only asked for champagne, they left it with snacks and a cake, as well as decorated the bed! And if that's not enough, I asked for an unobstructed Nile view and they gave us an upgrade to a Deluxe room, which had the perfect room! Breakfast was also great, and staff really want to help you with luggage. They're always available to assist you to bring luggage to the room and back.
Nothing. Everything was perfect

The hotel was a good option for Aswan. Close to the city Center. Large room. Nice breakfast

Great buffet breakfast beautiful view of the river at sunset, good pool along with a fair fitness area where you can make do with what they have

I booked the hotel for my family so I wasn’t personally there but they really enjoyed their stay! the apartment was spacious, had all the amenities, good breakfast and staff were professional and friendly and took my families comments and recommendations seriously and took care of it! the location was really great too and close to everything around!

Hotel is close to center view is beautiful but the rooms and furniture is worn out, minibar was empty and there was not even water in room. Personal is friendly helpfull and kind. Watch out the drivers they call for you talk price before take out. Bro took 250 egp for 5 minutes drive.

The guest are very kind, and the room very confortable
3.9
excellent location, good food, wonderful pool, great staff, comfy bed and balcony overlooking the Nile
hotel is a bit dated but still a great place to stay
3.9
Great location but something is off for this hotel. When we were there, the hotel occupancy was maybe 25% at the max. The other hotels had definitely higher occupancy. Something was off at the hotel. We had no complaints, but it clearly needs some upkeep.
Nothing specific to mention.

location was great, sunset at the pool. beautiful. staff very friendly
I was very happy with everything

location
Bad and limited internet. The hotel needs some repairings, particularly the rooms.
3.9
The room was very spacious and comfortable. There were many nice amenities and the pool was lovely. The staff was also very nice.
3.9
the balcony had a lovely view
there was some noise from barking dogs in the street a few times overnight
3.9
it is rated high but quite dissapointing and outdated in terms of look and finishing a
the staff did not speak English
we had a problem with the weak wifi
the breakfast area was filthy around the cups and coffee machines- in fact I had to ask for a cup as they only provided paper cups - not happy at all
seemed like the Curtains were never washed or replaced
3.9
After complaining that the room size did not correspond to the description in the offer, we were upgraded to a junior suite, effectively a one bedroom apartment. We were more than satisfied.
The Nile view was spectacular, especially at sunset.
A few maintenance issues were promptly resolved.
Internet came and went.
Loud music from the bar in the garden below our balcony.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
3.9
Location was good and staff was friendly
Property was very old and not renovated, not much options in the food menu of any restaurant, wifi in the room was very poor, staff cannot speak and understand english.

Fantastic view of the Nile from the bedroom - saw a wonderful sunset. Food was good and staff helpful
very difficult that wifi was only in the lobby

Location is central to allow walking to the town area. Room and bathroom were spacious with a big balcony and good views of the River Nile. All the hotel staff were good, professional and willing to help.
Breakfast was good. Dinner is buffet (there is a menu option) but over-priced. Basically the same menu items every day, breakfast or dinner. But there is a lovely fish restaurant just almost opposite the hotel that serves good dinner at much less price.
The hotel is located right on a very busy road, so there is constant loud street noise day AND night, even with balcony doors closed (I stayed for 9 nights). Hotel should make the balcony doors double glazed to help with this. WiFi is very poor at the hotel. I was on the 5th floor and could not get good WiFi on most occasions. This was also the case in several areas of the hotel. Very disappointed by that, so you need to get your own local SIM card to stay here. The gym is very poor! Equipment like treadmill is broken and abandoned in a pile of dust. The sports TV channels in my room were of very poor quality (very grainy pictures). Complained about this, as this was during the World Cup, maintenance man came but could not fix it.
Fridge in my room was old, iced up, making door not to close, and hence not functional. A five-star hotel should really be checking and replacing items like this.
The whole swimming pool area is in a different area of the site, not adjacent to the main building as the pictures may indicate. You can only access that swimming pool area through a private tunnel under the very busy road after coming out of the main entrance of the hotel, so not really convenient for going to swim from your room.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Clean rooms and quick service.
I picked a more expensive room to be closer to the river for better view, but found that the hotel is split into two places linked together via a tunnel (beneath the road), one place is the main hotel where the resturant, reception and main gate are located, the other part (where we stayed) is closer to the river, this part is isolated with no gate access to the road except at certain hours or via the main building throught the tunnel. Which is inconvenient if you want to go to the road outside the hotel from the riverside part.
Also the air conditioning system is old and noisy (I tried 2 different rooms), it is effecient but noisy.
3.9
The open space in front of the river Nile. The breakfast and restaurant views
Overpriced and a bit rusty decoration. Probably it was a great hotel 30 years ago
3.9
very excellent banquet hall , overall ambience good
each room should have international power adapter
3.9
rooms were spacious and clean
nice sheets and towels
room service was prompt and tasty
only one restaurant was open and had a limited menu
3.9
Great location
Very dated hotel and certainly not value for money. Very noisy rooms due to poor quality build and proximity to main thoroughfare in front of hotel.
