Renovations should be done by order of buildings ' some roomes have new bathroom but old a/c while other roomes the other way round . total renovation would look much better

The hotel facilities were nice. The grounds keepers were polite and friendly.
We arrived at the hotel in a pre-paid, pre-booked taxi through Booking, com.
Our taxi driver was a very nice man. After we got out of our cab, three men hanging out at the front ?? security desk??? at the hotel proceeded to shake down our taxi driver for money. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable for us and continued even as we were showed to our room. I was very upset by this. I would not recommend the hotel for this reason. Any one of these three shifty men offered no help to us as we struggled with our bags.

The breakfast was good not too bad
The location was very remote
We can say that if someone need to relax, it’s a recommended place
Food variety wasn’t that good but the quality is good

The Hotel is very good and very close to the beach, but very expensive.
I would like to go to Safaga again, but under Egyptian law I live in a stable union and I have to hire two rooms. It's impossible like this. I've been living with my husband for four years and I have to stay in separate rooms? Pay for two rooms? We are divorced and we want to be together without having to remarry
hire a room for couples only. I can prove the stable union. I am 67 years old and not a child. I am responsible for my life and my relationship with my husband. I would like to go to the hotel again, but two rooms is too expensive

the proximity to the beach, the bar, and the very pleasant staff, apart from
the room did not correspond to the requested rental. 21m2 room instead of 35m2 without safe. the frequentation of the hotel by a clientele mainly from Eastern countries without any respect for travelers and staff. the reception which did not take into account our inconveniences: small room, TV and fridge broken ....Faced with total ignorance of the problems of this room we resolved this after 2 days, by simply turning on the circuit breaker located on the landing. And I would add the incessant noise of motors located on the roof of our room which greatly disturbed our sleep

This is my 3rd visit to this place, i go once every year at least . very convenient place , nice and cooperative staff . kids friendly place and the beach and pool are amazing.
Food needs more attention in terms of taste and variety.

The rooms are very clean
The beach is really nice
The staff is helpful
Food is good
Strange soda drinks Had to get the water bottles everyday from a place far from the room
Other all inclusive hotels bring water bottles to the room with house keeping.

- The property is not huge in room numbers nor the beach width but has a lot of greenery landscape which makes it more quite and calm and that's what i'm looking for during my stays in hotels.
- The food has good quality and fresh although there is no much varieties.
- The staff is always helpful and friendly.
- The beach is sandy and clean, and has some corals scattered which is good for children snorkeling around, but not serious snorkelers.
- Food in main restaurants and snacks bar have no much varieties.
