Basic hostel, well located and ok brekky :)
The stuff wouldn’t be that helpful sometimes but I guess there was a bit of a communication barrier.
If you have heavy luggage, it can be challenging to take to the hostel which is accessed uphill by stairs.

good location and relaxed place

Well decorated.
Good location
Stayed for 3 nights and had cold showers. Never had hot water. It was freezing and the rooms were damp and freezing. Do not stay at Intro Hostel.

Good location, spacious room and nicely decorated hostel. Breakfast was a choice of 3 options (1 veggie/ vegan) - simple but different from other hostels which was nice. Bonus points for the hostel cats!
No kitchen and although they advertised activities, once we got there they said they weren't starting until next week.

nice common area, good coffee
very very cold at night, heating would have been good or more bedding.

The size of the private room was good.
One of the worst experience ever.
I choose this place because they have a photo of a pool table, but....there is no a pool table.
Super noisy. As for their own rules they should close the bar at 22.00....but at 23.30 they were still open and with music at high volume. The room are next to the bar, so impossibile to sleep.
In the night before leaving, I give to the man in the reception a bag with some trekking tools that they should give back to a tour operator ....in the morning when the owner of the tour operator went for it....it was empty.
Stay away!

Good location, really nice terrace with concerts sometimes, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds

It’s pretty cheap for Cusco and the on-site bar is good value for drinks
The check in staff are rude and unhelpful and the room was so dusty we kept sneezing for the duration of our stay.
The breakfast is terrible and they have live musicians play in the evening who can’t sing but carry on anyway until late.

The breakfast was good, the bathrooms were clean, the enviroment also great! Just the bed wasn`t so confortable, but it was okay!

Such a great stay 100 percent recommend. I had originally booked to stay two days but extended it for my entire duration in Cusco. The staff and team is so great and accommodating, I was late to on my check in because of a strike in Cusco and they even agreed to move my reservation to the next day. The location is great, staff are so friendly and plus those hot showers are just amazing, they also have people cleaning throughout the day which was unique as well.

A bustling hostel, with lovely hot showers and comfy beds, in a great location just up the hill from the centre of town. some of the staff were lovely & a basic breakfast is included in the price.
It was very cold when we first arrived early in the morning and theres no indoor communal space so had to wait outside in the cold after a long travel day. An odd thing was that 1 or 2 members of staff weren’t very willing to give us water or boil the kettle to fill our bottles with sterilised water when we asked (but others were very kind & helpful)

Really nice hostel, the facilities are quite good and it has a chill atmosphere! Definitely would come back

Very nice common areas, good choice for breakfast, spacious single room, friendly staff.
The rooms facing the main road are very noisy, as drivers enjoy so much honking all the time. The location is close to the center but on the uphill side (be prepared especially if you are altitude sick)

Intro hostel is located near the city centre, very nice and safe. There are excellent breakfast included in the cost of the bed and dinners you can order from the kitchen-it's worthy to do so!Rooms are spacious and clean, there is a hot water in the showers and hostel is itselfe it very nice an quiet. This is not the party hostel, so you can get rest.
The most wonderful is the staff, always happy to help and very nice and open. I will recommend that hostel right away :)
