Exceptional

The place is very well maintained. The service is quite quick and staff is really friendly.

It's just that when people are smoking in other rooms, we are getting that smell. Other than that everything was good.

if a luxury stay is needed not recommended. but yet the stay was comfortable. location is not very good yet in the heart

the only thing that was good was a clean room.

well, Cherrapunji does not have much of scope of hotel industry so can’t comment more on it. it is more economical accommodation rather then luxury. service was good but were understaff.

Good Hotel for stay in Cherrapunjee

Staff was very polite and helpful which made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Food provided at the hotel was good. Room service is available. Proximity to various tourist spots. Overall a good experience. Would recommend this to others.

As it gets chilly at night, availability of heaters in rooms would be helpful.

Very nice guest house with very helpful staffs

The rooms are well maintained, and the bathroom have individual geyser which can be operated from the room itself, so you can get hot water whenever you needed. The room and the bathroom have exhaust fans. The beds are comfortable, the TV also functions properly. The hotel boys are very nice and polite. The chef cooks very healthy lunch and dinner with less oils. The chicken cooked in khashi style was just too yummy. I really loved my staying in this guest house for two nights. We were 3 people staying in one room, they provided extra bed for a charge of 1000 bucks for two nights. They will bring anything from the market if you tell them. It's worth of staying what you pay for.

Small rooms,but clean .For a small room, all the facilities available. Even a coeffe pot that worked.Also parking available.

Good but not great

The rooms were well maintained and clean, it was as displayed in photos. The dinner was average, but included breakfast was horrible. Parking facility is also minimal. The hospitality was also average.

Need to improve on the breakfast options or better not provide inclusive breakfast and provide better quality food seperately.
