Belle expérience!

L’emplacement et la propreté de l’hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel.

Les lits doubles étaient trop petits à mon goût. Je tapais involontairement ma conjointe à chaque fois que j’essayais de tuer un moustique (🤣).

Un séjour parfait

La situation est idéale. Les aménagements sont de très bonne qualité (piscine agréable, chambres spacieuses et confortable la plupart avec une terrasse). La bonne surprise réside dans la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du service : le staff est à la fois prévenant et agréable, toujours disponible.

Top Lage! Super Personal!

Sehr sehr liebes Personal mit guten Infos und Tipps. Welcome drink am Pool. Wir konnten uns Badehandtücher ausleihen. Gleich daneben gibt es ein Rooftop Cafe zum Frühstücken es gehört mit dem Hotel zusammen. Frühstück war lecker. Dir Lage ist perfekt! Das Hotel liegt in der schönsten Straße von Valladolid.

Wie hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht. Leider haben wir das einzige Zimmer (Nr.9) bekommen ohne Zugang zur Terrasse.

Top verblijf als je in centrum Valladolid wilt zijn

Een mooi, klein hotel in het leukste straatje van Valladolid. Tussen centrum en het klooster in (waar iedere avond een mooie lichtshow is). Van alle gemakken voorzien (föhn, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en zelfs strijkijzer). Lekker koffietentje ernaast die dakterras boven het hotel heeft, waar ook een heerlijk ontbijt via hotel (voor 150 pesos) kan worden genuttigd.

Très bel hôtel , très bien décoré , literie très confortable ! Un hamac dans la chambre : magnifique ! Belle salle de bain !

L’emplacement sur les Champs Elysées de Valladolid est très sympa en journée mais beaucoup moins la nuit ! Énormément de bruit : le jeudi soir de notre arrivée , jusqu’à 2h du matin dans le bar lounge voisin !!

Well worth to spend a few nights

The person at the reception was extremely kind and spoke a very good English. I appreciated that check-in was quick and they asked the balance payment only at the check-out (this was the only place in Mexico were we experienced this). Price was very reasonable for what we got, it was definetly worth to spend 2 nights in Valladolid and and reach Chichen Itza early in the morning.

The exit door to the parking is very low and hit my head twice

Tout était parfait la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, la piscine, l’accueil et le petit déjeuner. Mais le top du top c son emplacement parfait dans la plus belle rue de valladolid . Les filles à l’accueil sont vraiment souriantes et agréables. Le petit déjeuner servi en roof top vraiment sympa. Je recommande à 100 pour 100 . Merciii

Great staff and central location with only a few minor issues.

The staff was just wonderful: cheerful, polite, and helpful. The room was very clean and the AC worked well. The grounds themselves were well kept and attractive. I loved having all the plants around. I also appreciated that the staff provided unlimited "bottled" water for us (filtered water), which was great—we didn't get any sense of them trying to squeeze more money from us like some hotels. The central location was fantastic, with a lot of things within easy walking distance.

On the negative end of things, the two bedside shelves that stuck out from the wall were semi-broken, angling somewhat downward at an angle, making them basically unusable. I found this oversight strange considering so much else was well attended to. Water pressure in the shower was low, though usable. Note: Though not the hotel's fault, the restaurant next-door plays loud music until at least midnight or 1am. It was very audible in our room, though the combo of AC sound + earplugs helpful us sleep.

Fantastic. Recommend to anybody!

This is an excellent choice. It exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it as a choice if you are planning to enjoy Valladolid. The staff go above and beyond to help with any issue that you may have. I was early and they accommodated me. I would book here again when next in Valladolid. This location is on the nicest street in Valladolid. I accidentally forgot my bikini on the balcony and they messaged me to let me know that I had forgotten it! Excellent customer service. Excellent and happy staff. They have a great little shop in the lobby which is commensurate with the artisanal shops along the street. Top marks from me and my husband. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good too.

Nice, clean,quiet room when exploring the Yucatan!

Everything was very clean. Property was very quiet so you can relax. Grounds are very well kept and beautiful. Staff were nice and quick with any issue we might have. I will stay at this property again, no problems.

The only thing I would state is ( it’s not a deal breaker by any means ) the furnishings have the wear and tear on them. Chipped/scratched/worn/stained/ cabinets and upholstery need an update.

The location is excellent, on a charming street in the town center. The staff was fantastic. The pictures online match what you see. The café next-door offers a great rooftop breakfast. Parking conveniently located on site. Good value.
