highly recommend

This hotel is brilliantly located, and just a 5-10 min walk from the Golden Temple. For the price, it's also very comfortable with everything you need for a short trip. Amazingly friendly staff - particularly Lucky and Kiran, they were available to help with whatever we needed and did so with a smile on their face. highly recommend if you're in Amritsar and want to visit the Golden Temple.

Harrowing and best avoided

The proximity of the hotel to Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh..

1. The hotel shows a restaurant. It is a drab run down dining room with a few tables and poor facilities. Food could not be prepared by the cooks as per the direction for the children. 2. The hotel's location is through a narrow lane where two cars can not cross. Harrowing for anyone coming by own cars. 3. The TVs in the rooms don't work and the reasons cited by the front desk was some rain interruption a few days back! 4. It could best be described as a house converted into a few-rooms homestay. Not a hotel at all.

The hotel service is good and the rooms are of good size. Staff is quick.

We booked AC rooms but they took our booking and gave us 1 non AC too. When we tried explaining it to them and asked them why did they confirm our booking if they did not have AC in one of the rooms, they didn't really give any logical answer and only reduces the AC cost from that room's bill. The staff wasn't informed of each other's decisions as they first told us that they will be changing our rooms nd their refused to accept this commitment.

Great stay at the hotel, friendly staff and walking distance to all the shops and attractions.

The location of the hotel is 5 minutes from Golden Temple. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were ok.

Just need to say that the bed sheets were white but not as clean as there were marks on them.

A few things wrong but staff were all excellent

Very helpful staff and reasonably quiet at night.

Electrical fault in bathroom where the current ran through the hot water supply - was repaired though. Location close to centre of town but difficult to get taxis to. Breakfast basic at best.

This is house converted to hotel . My room was on ground floor next to their workers area . All day the workers kept talking and yelling loudly and this impacted my peace of mind a lot . In morning they started again with their talking and fighting at 7:30 am . This disturbed my sleep and stay . When I checked in the bedsheets were not clean and I asked them to change

Great location and excellent service

The location was superb, within 5-7 minutes from the Golden Temple & Jallianwala Bagh. It is in the walled city so the approach is thru narrow bylanes. The service was exemplary from all the staff .

It doesn’t have a lift/elevator so can be difficult for some people ( senior citizens etc) to walk up the stairs

Pleasant stay , warm staff, off the main traffic area

We booked 2 rooms both were adequately large. The bathroom was spick and span. Bottled water and coffee confectionery were in the room. Kiran who welcomed us at the counter was fabulous, she was warm and welcoming and made all efforts that our stay pleasant. That girl needs a raise and a good one too.

Great location and service

Hotel staff were very friendly. Especially Ms. Kiran at Reception made us feel very comfortable. Complimentary tea/coffee and bottled water was also provided. Our stay also had breakfast included which was as to our taste on both days we tried it. The hotel is situated only 8-9 minutes walking distance from the Golden Temple. We used the hotel car with their driver (Mr Jawahar) for our Wagah border visit which was very convenient and an enjoyable experience.

There are sometimes police checkpoints on the main road and they might not allow uber etc. to go inside the narrow streets of the old city however e-rickshaws can always approach the hotel easily. Also hotel vehicles can be used for airport/station pickup etc.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with transport and services like laundry.

There was a lot of construction noise in the first couple of days. Not ideal you're jet lagged and need a lie-in.

Amenities, facilities, service and behaviour of the staff. Rooms are very clean, well maintained and with all the facilities available. Bathroom was very clean, beautiful and spacious. I really recommend to those who first look for cleanliness of the bathrooms. Very helpful staff from the time we have reached to Amritsar till the time we have left to the railway station.They have arranged autos for temple visit and pick up and drop facility for the railway station. Prices are bit higher than market price. Breakfast was wonderful. With reasonable price. The Hotel is little inside, but 5 minutes walk from Golden temple which is a plus Point. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I visited hotel on 21 July 2023.

There is nothing in this hotel to dislike. One Suggestion is that bathroom shooter need to be change. Which i forget to tell to the staff.

The location is very close to Golden temple. It is like 5 minutes walk from the hotel and that is why it quite convenient. The rooms are quite decent and washrooms are clean.

The rooms should undergo painting now. The fare is on expensive side . With this fare I expect the breakfast should have been complimentary.

Excellent service; great location. Facilities could use some upgrade.

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to take care of my senior citizen parents. Room services was exceptional - very timely and accommodated all requests. Great location - Very walkable to golden temple and J. Bagh. Lucky (Manager) was extremely helpful. Jawahar - driver helped 4 am drops to airport (at additional reasonable price).

Power went off couple of times in the night. No elevator - consideration for old people.
