This New Seabury home had everything we were looking for: good location, backyard pool, generous space inside, good amenities, and a responsive owner. It provided an excellent base for visits to nearby South Beach and Falmouth's Old Silver Beach. The kitchen inside and the grill outside served us well when we ate in. This house will be top of our list for our 2025 plans.

Vacation over Thanksgiving with grandparents. House was exceptional for our needs, loaded with amenities (game room/hot tub), many places to walk/drive nearby (Mashpee Commons, etc), Host was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. Would highly recommend staying here anytime of the year!

Awesome house with every amenity we could think of. We've been going to cape cod every summer for the last 20 years and I think this has been the nicest house we have stayed in. Pool and hot tub worked well and were nice addition to our stay. Beds were comfortable and the lay out of the house was perfect for our group

Incredible house with everything a family would need for vacation including a great backyard (with pool + hot tub), bright and airy living area, modern kitchen, pool table in the basement and bikes in the garage. This is our 2nd stay at this home and we continue to be impressed. Owner is great to communicate with and provides an area guide. Looking forward to staying here again.

The property had everything we needed and then some! Beautiful neighborhood, close to beaches, so many cape areas to easily explore from here.
We went seal watching, made it over to Martha’s Vineyard, explored Falmouth and Woods Hole. Every day brought something different -
The host was extremely responsive and able to handle all our questions remotely. Having never rented via VRBO, this was an amazing experience for us and our friends and family.

The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. It was a real home from home. It was lovely to have the pool and beaches are close by also. It is also close to shops and restaurants.
I would highly recommend this property for a holiday on Cape Cod. Thanks Tory for the use of your lovely house, we had a brilliant time!

Fantastic layout for a group of 8 or 10, with all the amenities for a wonderful stay! We were here for three nights over the NYE weekend, and had a great time. Tory was very responsive to any questions we had while there!

Wonderful Cape Cod vacation stay
We could not have been happier with our New Seabury rental experience. The property was very clean, comfortable, well furnished and equipped. Nice level of privacy with comfortable seating and grill adjacent to private well-maintained pool and backyard. Plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities with helpful owner Tory making available everything from bikes to kayaks, fishing rods and beach hairs snd cooler. Tory is a top-notch and very responsive owner/host. Less than s mile to South Cape Beach and short drive to restaurants and shopping.

The neighborhood is flat, and great for jogging. The beach is close. Shops close by. Many restaurants were closed off season but Falmouth was alive!

Fun and Relaxing!
We had a great time! Tory’s home is spacious and beautiful and Is located close to Mashpee Commons which was great for restaurants and shopping. Tory adds a lot of touches and was quickly responsive to any questions we had! The beach is close by and we also enjoyed exploring other Cape towns for shopping and restaurants.
The pool table and hot tub are fun to enjoy at the end of the day!

Absolutely Perfect!!!
My son was married at the Pomponessett Inn so I was looking for a house for my family and my parents and I couldn’t of made a better choice. One master bedroom on the first floor and one on the second fit all of us perfectly great location. I highly recommend this house extremely well stocked with anything you need. Thanks for a great and memorable weekend.

Great family headquarters for wedding week
We stayed for a week surrounding a wedding event that we attended in Falmouth. My wife and I and our son and his fiancee stayed at the property. It was a nice spacious place to relax at during the week. The house was updated and had a nice kitchen which we used for breakfasts. Although we didn't use them, the house also had a nice pool and hot tub.
The home comes equipped with some clam rakes and a clamming license which we used one morning for a fun time clamming at a local beach/bay. All in all, I would recommend it highly for a family type vacation. It was more than enough for us and could have easily accomodated several more guests.

Great place to stay for the summer!
Fantastic property in Mashpee with lots of space and things to do. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect the for family and the kids. The billards table in the basement was a huge hit and the nearby beaches and kayaking were fantastic. The house was filled with tons of board games, toys, cards and chess that kept everyone busy on rainy days. The garage had 3 bikes 3 kayaks and lots of stuff for the beach, clamming, fish etc.
One minor disappointment was the outdoor BBQ. It was small and didn't heat very evenly so we didn't use it much. Fortunately, the indoor kitchen was well equipped with a great commericial grade range with a grill and griddle. Would totally recommend!

Really enjoyed staying at Tory’s home. Well appointed, great for our family of 5 with tons of sleeping areas. Convenient to restaurants and the beach. Look forward to staying there again.

Peaceful Cape escape
We had a lovely time at this well appointed New Seabury home. Since it was April the pool wasn't open yet but we used the hot tub several times, played pool/darts in the basement and watched movies in the very comfortable living room. House is clean and well decorated. Kitchen stocked with everything you could need. There is a very handy garage that allowed us to keep our bicycles when we were not using them to ride to the beach or along the scenic bikeways in the area. We were just 4 but you could comfortably enjoy this house with another family and still have lots of space. Tory was very helpful and responsive with our stay. Would highly recommend.

Amazing house in the Cape
We enjoyed a fabulous stay at the house over Patriots’ Day weekend. The house was huge for our family of 4 and could easily have accommodated 4 more. Our girls loved the bunk beds. We were here off-season, so didn’t get to try the pool, but the hot tub and outdoor fire pit were really appreciated after a day of biking through the nearby Mashpee Wildlife refuge and down to South Cape Beach. My husband and I enjoyed the game room after the kids had gone to bed. The house has everything you could need, and Tory was very responsive.

Fantastic property with awesome amenities
This house is beautifully maintained, the two master suite rooms on first and second level were absolutely stunning, the other two rooms were decently sized for children or guests. The hot tub was the highlight for our stay as we wanted to do something while staying indoor if the weather got colder in early April which is when we booked the property. The outdoor pool will have to be tried another time in the future. Tory was very friendly and cooperative with all our questions. The kitchen is also very well equipped with excellent appliances and stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood has a pleasant vibe and lots to do around town even if it’s not summer. The Mashpee Commons were a nice area to hang out for a quick shopping trip or to eat at restaurants. The beach is also so beautiful to visit for a run or walk. This was our first visit to the Mashpee area on Cape Cod and we absolutely recommend anyone with family to make travel plans to this town if they live in MA and want a super short drive for their next vacation. Tory’s house is worth the stay for a longer duration, wish we could do that! Thank you for making it so comfortable for us.

Great getaway!
This home is huge and very well appointed. Just a small group of friends working from home, away from home for a long weekend getaway. Tory was a delight to communicate with. Her home is beautiful and huge. It had everything we needed spread out over 3 floors: fully appointed kitchen/appliances, plenty of bedrooms and shared space, gas firepit and hot tub on the deck, wood fireplace in great room with Sonos speakers that you can connect to on your own app, plenty of TVs (1 cable and multiple with roku/netflix/hulu, etc) and a pool table and dart board. We used only two of the four bedrooms and we had our own bathrooms. Just a short ride away from the beach, Mashpee Commons and Naukabout Brewery. Even in the winter, this was a great escape! Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Retreat
Four of us stayed for a nearby escape from home for New Years. We loved the two master bedrooms, the house layout and amenities. The house was very well stocked with supplies and everything we needed for our four day stay, from spices to serving dishes and utensils. Owner was very responsive, answering our questions quickly during our stay, in the order of minutes. We really enjoyed the hot tub and propane fire pit. Public beach is a very short drive or bike ride away, or a easy thirty minute walk. We would gladly rent again for any season!

Great location on Cape Cod
Our stay at this property in New Seabury was a perfect getaway for our family. There was ample room for four adults with two bedrooms not used. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The living room and floor plan overall is modern, clean, contemporary with open spaces. We all had room to do some interim work when needed with great wifi and internet connection. Although we vacationed offseason, we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub plus great hiking half-mile away. It is a good location to tour some of the towns on the Cape plus spend a day at Martha's Vineyard. The owner was very accommodating with any questions we had. We highly recommend the property as clean, comfortable, private, and well-located.

Perfect vacation property and location!
Spotless vacation home with plenty of amenities that kept our family very happy during our summer vacation in New Seabury. Location is in a great community with plenty of beaches (which you can bike to!), restaurants and activities nearby. Our favorite part of the home was the private backyard with inground pool and hot tub. Modern kitchen and plenty of technology in the home including a few smart TVs. Great communication from the owner and a helpful digital guide was sent to us before arrival. We would stay here again.

Great getaway before fall!
Perfect place for two families vacationing together. Outdoor space was cozy, but had everything we needed: a lovely deck with grill and eating area, a pool, and a hot tub. House was very spacious with plenty of room for our two families of five. Our group really enjoyed the pool table in the basement and the kayaks and bicycles provided.

Great vacation property!
The home itself is in great condition with a high end kitchen and two huge master suites. Its in a beautiful neighborhood next to New Seabury CC and also super close to Mashpee beaches and commons. The show stealer was the backyard. The pool and hot tub were great beach alternatives. The host was very responsive and checked in consistently to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Will be renting again for sure!

Owner provided a very detailed, organized manual regarding everything in the house, including the pool/hotub. The house was immaculate upon arrival. The owner very responsive and answered every question we had immediately.

Much Fun, Great Accommodations
We had a great week at this New Seabury home! The house was immaculate, as were the pool and hot tub. When we weren’t at the beach, clamming or biking, there was no shortage of fun at this house! This ‘Quarantine vacation’ is full of great memories; you won’t be disappointed!! The host was also super helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
