Several beaches are within a 10-minute drive, including South Cape Beach State Park with its picturesque views and hiking trails, and/or Menauhant’s quiet serenity. The Shining Sea Bikeway is a scenic trail perfect for walking or biking that stretches from North Falmouth to Woods Hole. Check out Falmouth Museums on the Green or Highfield Hall & Gardens, offering indoor and outdoor things to see. The Cape Cod Children's Museum, Woods Hole Science Aquarium, Heritage Museum, and Gardens are also close. Less than five minutes to Mashpee Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, escape room, restaurants, and shopping. Or, experience the Cape Cod Winery, Bad Martha's Brewery, Falmouth Farmers Market, golfing, kayaking, boating, and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. As soon as you enter this charming and spacious home away from home, you are greeted by a bright, open floor plan that seamlessly combines all the living spaces. Discover an inviting living room perfect for gathering and relaxing after a fantastic day. Curl up comfortably on the sofa and watch your favorite shows on the large smart TV with streaming available using your own credentials. Throw some logs into the wood-burning fireplace to add warmth and ambiance. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed chef's kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar with a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. If you need some personal space, you will find a library/sitting room furnished with a functional desk, a nice book selection, and cozy armchairs ideal for relaxation or remote work. Adjacent to it, the dining space extends onto a spacious 400-square-foot vaulted screened porch, providing a wonderful setting for both meals and leisurely moments. Just steps away lies the enclosed backyard featuring a convenient gas grill, making it an ideal spot for summertime BBQs! The upper floor houses all the bedrooms, including a primary suite with a sitting area, king bed, working desk, and spacious en suite bath. The second bedroom enjoys a working desk and two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and Firestick, and the fourth bedroom is bright and spacious with a queen bed. Additional perks include a washer/dryer in the basement, dog bowls, four beach chairs, and one beach umbrella. Things to Know If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
