About this cottage rental
Traditional style 2 bedroom cottage with expansive rural views. Fully air conditioned, fireplace, private gazebo for guest exclusive use, all linen provided. We are only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Berry. Come for a real rural and farm experience, enjoy the outside fire pit and bbq, help us feed the cattle and horses and even come for a ride in the horse drawn cart. The best of a very quiet weekend on the farm with close access to the shops and cafes of Berry. This is great for the kids or for that romantic time away, or even the girls weekend away.

We had a phenomenal time at Peppergrove Cottage. It was the most magical farm stay experience we have had. Ken was a fantastic host and had the fire going and house warm when we arrived. My daughter loved feeding the horses and cows. Ken took us on a horse and carriage ride into town which was a special experience. The cottage is gorgeous and so cosy. We will definitely be back there soon. 11/10!!

This is our second stay on the farm with Ken and we will be booking again. We love everything about this holiday home. It’s perfect for two kids and two adults. Our kids loved feeding the horses and the cows and toasting marshmallows by the fire. We love the town and that you can do a lot or very little. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Midweek escape for an anniversary celebration. The cottage is immaculate and so welcoming, complete with all you could need for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and spending time feeding the resident horses. The fireplace and the rainbows over the paddock added to the relaxation! Guy was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions of things to do in the local area! A great place to getaway! Highly recommend a visit.

We had a lovely time at the farm cottage, my young children especially enjoyed feeding the horses & cows. The cottage itself was beautiful, clean & felt spacious. Ken was welcoming & accomodating, a pleasure to meet. We hope to stay again in future.

We had a lovely stay at Peppergrove! The cottage has been beautifully styled and the views over the paddocks are fantastic!
Everything has been thought of, including a well appointed kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful.
Highlight of our stay was definitely the horse and carriage ride into town with Ken and Carlton the Clydesdale, and meeting the cows. Ken was a great host. We will be back!

We loved our time at Peppergrove Farm. The house is well-appointed and comfortable and we lacked nothing. Ken was a friendly and generous host. Highlights included our ride into town in the horse-drawn cart, sitting out by the fire pit, feeding the horses and just enjoying the beautiful outlook. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at Peppergrove Cottage, kids loved feeding the gentle horses, feeding the cows, being taken on a tractor ride, having a ride into Berry on a Horse & Cart and picking their own oranges and limes! Thanks to the owner Ken for all of that! Cottage itself is great, and there's an unbelievable park (Boongaree Nature Play Park) less than 5 mins away, would highly recommend.

Everything we expected
Rain couldn't dampen the stay. It was awesome. Farm animals also made us feel very at home.
If there was some way to tell at booking stage 2 x adult bedding arrangements were required, instead of 2 adult 2 children bedding set up. We will be back though.

Wonderful family holiday
We had the absolute pleasure of staying on Ken’s farm for the long weekend and we had a fabulous time. We have two kids aged one and three - everything from the accommodation through to Ken’s incredible hospitality and generosity made our stay truly memorable and a great stay for us and our little ones. The kids loved waking up on the farm, seeing the cows and feeding the horses. We loved the open fire and the easy access to all that Berry has to offer. We will definitely come again.

Wonderful setting - loved looking at cows and horses.
An easy 12 minute walk to town, cozy, lovely looking out window at cows and horses. Fire was great, bed was comfy. Suggest you bring your own soap (wasn't any), and some milk - tea and coffee was there, but at least some long-life would be a welcome addition.
But other than that very enjoyable.

Anniversary weekend getaway.
We had a great weekend at this property.It rained a little on Saturday morning but we were still able to feed the horses,they are beautiful.The house is very clean and tidy.We loved lighting a fire inside and relaxing. The host is very friendly and helpful. Very peaceful weekend,will definately recommend and go back again.

The location was lovely and the accommodation was clean except for an infestation of cockroaches which swarmed over any food left out. If they are managed it was otherwise clean and comfortable with a nice view. Beds were comfy and nice outdoor areas to sit. The dishwasher also didn't seem to work.

The ultimate berry experience

Fantastic week at Peppergrove cottage
Our family of 4 (including kids aged 3 and 5) had a great week staying at Peppergrove cottage. Ken was great at answering our questions and making us comfortable; taking us all on a horse drawn buggy ride and helping the kids get involved in feeding the cows.
The cottage is extremely comfortable and has a beautiful outlook over paddocks and the endless sky. We really loved our stay at the cottage, but also exploring the surrounds.
We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Berry; the village pool; playgrounds; markets and the beaches not far away. We definitely plan on coming back.
