Lavender cottage is a fully selfcontained 2 bedroom cottage accommodating up to 4 guests.
Modern and clean with RC air-con plus ceiling fans in bedrooms.
2 queen beds linen and towels provided for your convenience .
Spacious lounge & Dining area , fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher , microwave , fridge & coffee machine.
Functional bathroom with large shower extra toilet in laundry with washer & dryer.
Patio with outdoor setting and electric BBQ.
The cottage is a pleasant stroll to Berry's famous cafes , restaurants , pubs , shops & markets.
Berry is close to Kangaroo Valley , Jervis Bay , Gerringong , Shoalhaven Heads & Kiama great for exploring the villages , wineries and beaches of the beautiful South Coast.

Lovely cottage - short drive to Berry centre. Space in bathroom and bedrooms is a bit tight but did not impact - comfortable beds and lovely open space in living area

Immaculately kept property with lovely touches- breakfast foods, fluffy towels etc. So clean and well kept property. Nice short walk from town.

Great location within easy walking distance of the town centre. Spacious, sparkling clean and the cottage appeared to be newly renovated and furnished and was in pristine condition. We loved the very generous breakfast inclusions. Dierdre was quick to respond to emails and to provide check in information which was seamless. We had a lovely stay in Lavender Cottage.

Basically a mobile home on rear of another house - immaculate and clean plus well equiped. Extra toilet make life easy. The only issue was that it felt a bit claustrophobic as windows high up in lounge and bedrooms.

Perfect little cottage for our Berry weekend

I was really impressed with this little cottage - it was perfect size for my husband and I to stay in. Everything was so clean and tidy and well looked after, the owners had clearly thought of everything and exceeded my expectations (I wasn't expecting fresh bread in the freezer, milk, juice and butter in the fridge, or the basket of little cereal packets and cookies!) And best of all, its a pleasant 10 min walk into the heart of Berry. The only thing I couldn't get to connect properly was the WIFI - but that's OK I had my phone that I could hotspot my computer to if I needed it. Thanks again, it was a lovely stay!

Great place to stay in Berry

This is a convenient, well maintained property, just a 5-10 minute level walk to Berry shops. It has everything you need. Only drawback is a certain lack of privacy because of the close proximity to the other rental property at the front, likewise for the people staying there. But we were there to attend a wedding, so we were not at Lavender Cottage for the afternoon and evening anyway. There were plenty of breakfast provisions and a Nespresso machine. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable break.
