Booked it quite last minute and for a good price so we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Caravan was clean and spacious and in a great location on the site. Short walks to entertainment, best kids park ever (in the words of the kids), shop, waterpark and beach.
If you're used to the most modern and luxurious caravans then you might be disappointed as the caravan is more basic than some you see but it was perfect for us. The lack of WiFi was a slight annoyance but not a big deal as 4G/5G signal was fine. There might have actually been WiFi available but we didn't see any instructions or password in the manual....

Great location and a really nice location on the site, not too far from the entertainment and a quiet private garden where the caravan is situated
Upon arrival we found some damage to the caravan, 2 bedside lamps were broken, wallpaper picked off the wall in 1 of the bedrooms, net curtains were ripped/torn, one of the windows didn't stay open and had to be propped open, hole on one of the bedroom doors where the handle had gone into it, scissors were broken in the drawer (I brought some and left them there). The oven door didn't close properly so didn't get up to temperature and took ages to try and cook anything (pizza took over 40 minutes to cook, sausage didn't cook at all) The hob was dangerous 3 of the cooker knobs were broken and it was very temperamental in switching it off, the knob was in the wrong direction when off and another wouldn't switch off at all. The shower was way too hot and couldn't be turned down, we couldn't shower the children even with the boiler on the lowest it would go. 2 x carbon monoxide alarms were 3 years out of date and the fire extinguisher hadn't been serviced since 2016. I don't understand how it got passed off as safe when both of these are a legal requirement when renting out accommodation. The overall cost for this caravan was £1240 to include entertainment passes this was in no way worth the money charged and I wish to raise a formal complaint for a partial refund of cost paid. I would also like answers as to how this property can be rented when it does not comply with current legislation, I had 2 small children with me and this was our only holiday of the year so this was the only reason we stayed as I didn't want to disappoint them by leaving early which I would have done had it just been me and my husband.

decent size good space
we stopped for 2 nights, they accused us of ripping there net in the front window? I don’t know how, we never even touched them! we took our own bedding and was accused of staining one of there single duvet’s!they offered me £60 back from our £100 deposit. I’ve a tip for anyone who goes, take your own 13 amp fuse for the fireplace to keep you warm, as they took the fuse out the save costs on there electric bills, central heating is ok, but you need the electric fire on as it gets very cold in there. I’d never go here again, always looking for someone to blame to milk your deposit money out of you? and it’s our word against there’s and unfortunately they always win! SCAMMERS. be prepared to pay £6 per person extra a night for passes to there club house, we had 6 people, so it’s an extra £30 a day, even if you choose not to go there you still have to pay the daily club house charges, and they charge £25 extra for bedding! just stay in a hotel, with 0 deposit and you get nice cotton bedding for free, and even if you make a stain of bedding they just stick them in the wash free of charge! that’s how it should be! also they won’t let you in the caravan even if it’s 2:45, it has to be 3pm even though the caravan has been empty and ready to go in all day.

Nice caravan although we had to report damage to fridge, carpet and sofa (stained )and did not want to be charged for that. My dad stayed here and we stayed in another and was meeting up half way across the country. Dad complained he had no heating but we sorted it(no heating problem just a dad with no idea 🤣)and the owner when contacted was very kindly going to come and show us how it worked.
You buy entertainment passes pp per day and it gets you in to the bars and restaurants??
I bought a pizza for £12 I bet if I went in the kitchen i would see the box it came out of from the cheap frozen section at asda. We ordered a thick milkshake ? It came out warm, thin and not a full glass.... for £3!!! I took it back and girl told me I've just took it out of fridge ...nope, your fridge is broke then. We ordered food on the app Monday and on Tuesday they made an announcement kids meals are £1 with every adult meal all week which we didn't get so spoke to staff, told me to speak to reception? Reception didn't know what to do ??
Best bit ..swimming...is not free with your passes it was £10 for a family of 4( 2ad 2ch 3 and 6months) AND to park there even though on site is £4.50!!! Its public so everyone can go so very busy and all water park stuff closed. Lifeguards are rude. I will NEVER return to this park, its full of hidden extras that are rubbish. The caravan I would use again on a different site.

Really impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the caravan, nearly all facilities catered for, 5* rating.
Only 1 issue that we couldn't find a washing line to dry our towels, being a family of 4 using beach towels as well we found it a little awkward.
