Nice things😁

We liked the fact that the beach was a few minutes' walk from the apartment, the staff were really friendly and I'd recommend it to anyone 😊

We did not like the pool time curfew, which was 20:00, but we respected the rules, and it was fun

WORST EVER

We were welcomed by cocroaches as soon as we opened Accommodation was not occupying 7 people like promised it could only accommodate 6 people 1 had to sleep on the floor on a vacation and we have Really been scammed off,bath tub not functional,door had so many instructions to be opened, other room has no cabinets and has a huge scary geyser next to the bed ,no dvd or cd player like written, no toilet papers offered, dirty towels luckily we carried our own .things written here and things that were offered are really not what we expected .the owner kept treating us like kids , and it felt like we areher kids .we needed a vacation, not a mother

Summersand nightmare

The apartment was nice 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it comfortable.

The treatment was not good, as if we did not pay send up and down controlled by security. we were, at some point, escorted out of the complex to wait at the main gate until the place was ready. There are too many rules and restrictions, and the cockroaches in apartment.

Amaizing location, close to all the attractions and no hastle for trasport as most places we wanted

I really liked how close to the beach and most of the attractions the location was, we literally walked everywhere we needed to go, no hastles at all.

A few rules here and there but all understandable.

Perfectly adequate. Location worked well as we were doing a triathlon by sun coast! Unit was clean and comfortable!

Good location, close to the promenade! Host was very helpful! Perfect for a weekend stay with kids/family.

Balcony balustrade was a bit wobbly, was cautious with children leaning on it. Showers both end up with a lot of water on the floor, would possibly change main en suite shower head so you can angle it down away from the door a bit!

Good day Ashley is a scammer guys. On booking.com I was asked whether I will arrive early. I send a message that between 12 and 13.00, I arrived at the place 12:30 ,she told the security guard not to open for us we must wait for 14:00. We were standing outside with the kidz until ,the security only allowed at 14:30. She never came or send anyone to check if everything we need is there's, she told us to pay for a secure fee of 500 which is refundable after 7. Nothing was working in that house the light were not working the shower ,I had to bath my kidz were my sister was staying ,the house was dirty and not functional for the kidz. Now she doesn't want to pay me back my 500 back, she is stating that I broken things but she never did a stock sheet with us. This women is a scammer ,I deserve my 10% back of what I paid in that house. I will never book there ever again and I will never recommend any one there.

Walking distance to the beach ⛱ and the shops The 24 hour security was a bonus, the staff was friendly, The place was exactly the way they advertised and everything was on point, I mean the place was clean we got back our security deposit so I would definitely go again. Lastly the manager was very friendly, didn't meet her in person but we spoke on the phone , anytime I needed to ask something she was available with a very welcoming voice

When we got there there was no power due to load shedding but I do understand it was not anybody fault

Uncomfortable stay

Location is fine, the apartment is spacious enough and with all resources even though it needs some dish washing soap,bath washing soap that they do not provide.

You dont feel like you are out of home for vacation.you need to provide everything. There are lot of unnecessary rules and warnings not to break, touching their things makes one uncomfortable. Apartment can accomodate 6 to 7 people but you are still expected to travel with one car as they provide one parking for free,otherwise you have to pay R50 parking for another car. R500 needs to be paid before you enter the gate as their guard in case something is broken but to be refunded you wait for ages even now still waiting for refund. No service rendered like exchange of linen until the end of the stay. Beds conditions are bad,they need to be replaced.
