We had a comfortable and safe stay. Thank you for the kind hospitality of Joep and Caroline!

It was a peaceful, clean, and safe area. We felt like we were at home. We want to mention the kind, sincere, and friendly hosts Joep and Caroline. They gave all the detailed information to us beforehand. My wife was sick on the second day of our stay and they helped us. We advise you to stay at this lovely house in Amsterdam:)

Spotless, Modern, Safe Studio on island, 10 mins from city centre. Adjacent vast nature Reserve !

Really great private, safe studio on an island 10 mins from Amsterdam Centre. Very modern decor, warm, with private parking space. We found ourselves popping in and out of town multiple times daily as it was so easy by tram. 2 mins walk to a vast island nature reserve - our dogs had possibly their best mini-break ever !

Great place to stay, 10 minutes from Central Station with tram. Joep was very friendly and the appartment was very confortable in a quiet and beatiful neighborhood.

An apartment is really amazing. There is everything you need for great stay in Amsterdam. It is really good located, perfectly for the people who use bikes. It is also easy to get to city center by tram. Nice private garden connected with apartment.

The owner is very enthusiastic and will contact you before live . The equipment in the room is also very complete There are also coffee machines and milk foam machines that can be used The environment of the room is very clean and live so comfortable The location is also very convenient. There is public transport within three minutes

A home away from home, on a chill island near the centre of Amsterdam.

Excellent location: perfect for dog owners being far enough from the centre to be quiet and convenient for walks, yet close enough that the central station is a short tram ride away. The hosts were super helpful and friendly as well - they really care about your pets' well being and I felt at ease knowing that they would notify us in advance if the dogs were restless and not just react under extreme circumstances.

No negatives at all.

Excellent location. Superb friendly hosts. Very good communication and very helpful. Comfortable room with privacy.

Feather pillows triggered mild allergy. Hypoallergenic pillows would have been better. No privacy in the shower.

Quiet clean suburban location + very efficient tram link to city - highly recommended for 4 nights

Friendly and helpful welcome and support during stay. Amazing tram system 15 mins travel from Centraal Station, bought unlimited tickets for 3 days stay. Lovely to be in a quiet suburb after busy days in Amsterdam. An uninhabited recreational island over a simple bridge from the end of the street was great to run round each day (4.5km circuit). Good supermarket and bakery with 10 mins walk.

Dutch laws about washing up facilities made process of getting clean crockery slightly unusual each day but Joep and Caroline helped a lot with this.

Very nice, cosy few-room B&B in the outskirts of Amsterdam

Great bed & breakfast (although without breakfast) rather far out from the city center, which is good because you get a good night's sleep without the hustle and bustle of downtown at night. I would definitely stay there again.

The tram (26) to/from downtown stops running before midnight, in which case you you need to shelve off for a taxi or uber.

lovely place, lovely people, will return when in Amsterdam

Location is lovely, 15-20 mins few tram stop from AMS Central, hosts are amazing, i didnt have converter so was provided for my laptop, allowed early check in and late checj out, room has everything except cooking, lovely garden as well

honestly... only the weather was windy wet and cold.... besides that nothing about the place except for Amsterdam which is super expensive this is priced competitively

Excellent, caring and friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent links to the city within a 2 minute walk. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent! Perfect place to go when visiting Amsterdam. Especially if you travel with your dog.

Everything was perfect! Exceptional place to go with your dog! Our golden retriever, Roosevelt, enjoyed the park and the field nearby, where he could run freely. Perfect location, very well connected to the town (15 min by tram), and benefiting of such a great park, with beautiful lansdcapes at 5 minutes walking distance. We admired the sunset on the canal, while our dog was running free on the field nearby. The room was perfectly clean, with our own patio, the neighbourhood was clean, quiet and civilized. We had no worries about the parking (car in front of the house). Shops in 5 min distance. Tram stop at 2 min distance. The owners, Joep and Caroline, were extremly nice and helpful. It was the perfect accommodation in Amsterdam and we are happy to have found it. We will definitely come back, with our Roosevelt!

Nothing to mention! We had everything we needed. It was the perfect stay with our dog.

The room is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It is very spacious for 2 people, and the bed is super comfy. The owners are really friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this property.
