Great price for a city centre location.
Never saw any staff.

I like the fact they think they can get away with not even unlocking the doors so I can actually stay there, not answering the phone and then not refunding my money. That part I really loved ...
I didn't like the attitude of the owner once I had eventually found him... after I had booked in at another hotel. Not happy

Nothing
If you want to sleep this is not place for you, music banging all night, because there is a night club in the same building... Tall peoples dont take 3rd floor, come back home tired and wihout sleep...

My stay was great and receptionist allowed me to check in early. He was very considerate. The room was clean and comfy. I also enjoyed the bar on the groundfloor.

Good location, central
Very very noisy until 03:00 as directly above a night club. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere.

Atrocious from start to finish. Never even got to check in. Never stayed there despite booking and paying in advance. had to find another hotel after two others were sold out due to university graduation
Abysmal service. Stated check in available up to 9pm got there 7.15, . Check in desk was closed and the roller shutters were down, could see through the glass door. Rang the bell numerous times, rang number numerous times, sent email asking what was going on no response. Had to walk to Premiere inn, full. Walked to Travelodge, full. Staff at Travelodge found me only room available in the city costing £152.00 at Georgian inn. Had no choice but to take it as was delivering lecture in a school in Sheringham the next day at 9am and had just travelled 2 hours from London and had to be on the 7.15am train the next day

Easy check and in the near the town centre
Friendly staff.
Little sound insulation from the busy street.
Poor shower.

Nice and cosy room
My room was under the roof, air-conditioner is broken, no lift and it's very steep 3floors stairs and I have to carry lagege. Room looks shabby and needs painting, everything is very old, Internet was not working

good value for money, extremely polite staff

Great location. 5 mins walk from station and 5 mins from city centre. Frequent buses available to all parts of the city and beyond. Very friendly welcome on arrival by Tony, who explained that, as the hotel was next to a night club, there would be some noise. (which I was aware of as the street is the nightclub area of the city). Room a good size with generous supply of tea/coffee/biscuits. Comfortable good sized bed. Slept like a log, waking only briefly at 3am when the nightclubbers went home. Superb value for money.
For me, this hotel was absolutely perfect. The stairs to access the rooms may cause some a problem if you have heavy luggage. Also light sleepers may be disturbed by the noise from the nightclub. But for me...it was just great.

It was lovely stay, pocket friendly near by to town center
All was good

The room was nice and clean and convenient to the city centre and train station
The bathroom was on the small side. It felt like I was in the cupboard underneath the stairs

perfect location.
the towels weren't changed regularly and the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were empty

The room was OK and the beds were nice. We asked for an extra chair which we got. only about 10 min walk to Castle Mall and other shopping streets. A Tesco food shop opposite where we could buy breakfast.
There is a bad smell in the stairs leading up to the rooms. Reception is not always manned and we couldn’t get hold of owner even on number given. The noice from the street outside and the clubs nearby was very loud until early mornings several nights. we couldn’t adjust the warm water in the shower so it was either cold or scorching hot.

It is above a nightclub so I would imagine noisy before 3am but if you are looking for a night out in Norwich then go to Gonzos and book accommodation here!! Placed right in the centre of the town on a main road. I was able to collect the keys from a lockbox as I arrived in the evening and the staff were very helpful.
Not really worth £60 for one night in my opinion.

The hotels position close to rail link and in the heart of the city is perfectMy room was adequate for a short stay, clean and the small on suite also very clean.Tea and coffee making facilities were also available.
The hotel has no lift and with no ground floor rooms either any person with a disability problem this hotel is not for you.The hotel is also perched above a night club! Not much sleep till after three in the morning.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the room is a good size. The price is good if you need somewhere to sleep after a night out.
The bar/club below was very noisy until 3am. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke (I think there was people smoking outside and the smell went into the bathroom.)

Great little hotel bang in the centre of town.

Was welcomed on arrival. Very convenient for an evening out in Norwich. Access late at night was easy. Good value for money.

Room was perfect for the price, it was 5 minutes away from where I needed to be and the host was so kind.

great value
3.4
great location comfy beds
cold water tap didn’t work, water pressure was poor. Half eaten kebab still in the bin in the bathroom.
3.4
There was no Breakfast or breakfast room
It was not a hotel ..it was grubby rooms above a nightclub.Would have been better described as "nightclub with rooms " and would have been adequate for prople who had been reveling all night down below and did not want yo drive home
God knows how it got 3 stars .
3.4
convenient location
Prior warning that it is a difficult place to carry luggage if you are upstairs. The stairs are steep and change direction many times. Not suitable for disable or elderly

Awful hotel do not stay! We got charged twice for our room and we had paid online before arriving we went to check in and we were told that we hadn’t paid when we even had a bank transaction proving our payment. We were forced to pay again with cash therefore paying double the price. The owner was not helpful at all and made no efforts to amend the situation and we still haven’t gotten our money back.
